Some pins somethimes dissappear and there shpuld be one pin for appointments like you have it on lite version, second thing is that data stuff doesnt work that well and the navigation when younhave area is active is clunky. Three years ago, when I started in sales as a rep, we used the free version of Sales Rabbit. It was great for gathering information from leads in the field. At the beginning of the year, we purchased the paid version. The tools on the app are crazy and it makes a managers job a lot easier not only from the mass amount of data that is provided, but from the tracking of doors knocked/sales made/everything else so we don't have to get numbers from our reps. Customer service is fantastic as well. Our company is integrating systems with Sales Rabbit so some things pop up here and there that are different. Their reps are extremely responsive and very helpful on the phones walking you through any sort of confusion. If you're in sales, I highly suggest checking out the paid version. Their web version is not as dynamic as their app. For a manager we use the web more than the app and sometimes we have to log in the app for a better experience, however they are constantly making changes.
