Lead management, route planning, and performance tracking are some of the crucial features that make SalesRabbit a powerful CRM in the market. I personally believe in systems, processes, and staying organized. Therefore, its features that help you stay organized, focus on selling, and close deals faster turn out to be extremely effective. SalesRabbit does show some limitations when working with large datasets. I also found it quite difficult to execute B2B strategies using this platform. We are managing a business that involves both online and field sales. When my father started the business, he was managing everything in a notebook. Then, as technology started evolving, we tried out multiple tools and eventually found SalesRabbit. Now, we are well aware of and comfortable using this tool for field sales management.
