I also enjoy being able to generate subscribed reports that are sent to stakeholders on a regular basis. Just so I could manage our Salesforce instance, I earned my admin certification. I've since added lead generating tools, a CLM, and stage logic for various sales business processes. Although not all partner interfaces are created equally, the sheer number of products that integrate is a huge positive. **What do you dislike about SaleSource?** Changing the type of a property can be challenging. For instance, I wish there were a single button that would bulk convert leads to contacts or contacts to leads without having to alter each property one at a time. **What problems is SaleSource solving and how is that benefiting you?** I enjoy that I can easily create my own reports and share them with others. My daily tasks are made considerably simpler by using the SalesForce and SalesLoft connectivity since I can import accounts that need to be worked on. ### 2.
