Salesmsg offers a straightforward and efficient way to connect with prospects. I’ve found that leaving voicemails for clients is ineffective, but with Salesmsg, my response rate has increased by 80%. What do you like best about Salesmsg?

I love the ease of use of this app for my business texting to clients and vendors. It is an easy way to separate business messaging from personal cell phone texting, and it keeps a very clean log of messages on my computer for future reference. What do you like best about Salesmsg?

For Me, is in the presentation, all names and numbers are on screen, the first time I used all the tools was instinctive, and my favorite was the saved answers that can add all types of info like names addresses, and links also really like the short URL tool use it all the time. Have to use it every day sometimes, I forget my phone and answer all day through Salesmsg Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesmsg?

There are no real downsizes, only things that I would improve, the IA system needs real changes, and can't really answer the simplest questions. Also sometimes feels heavy on my computer and jumps to the inbox when typing a message. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find Salesmsg incredibly accessible because I can open it on any web browser, making it convenient for viewing messages wherever I am. Customers appreciate the ease of texting in for support, avoiding long waits or hold times. Also, the integration with AutoTask, where customer names auto-populate, is quite helpful. What do you like best about Salesmsg?

What I like the most is that it’s super user-friendly and common-sense friendly. It makes communication with my candidates easier, and I have the conversation history available whenever I need it.

I also like that it sends the most recent updates to my email, in case I missed a message directly on the platform because I was too busy juggling multiple things at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
