"Needs Improvement Despite a Professional, Contract-Free Onboarding"

What do you like best about Salesmsg?

Salesmsg was great because they did not require us to sign a contract- they were very professional during the onboarding process and their product initially was very seamless for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesmsg?

Support was lacking- we were not able to easily reach a staff member to address software issues. At the time, they utilized a chat feature for support, and it sometimes took several business days to get a response. We were unable to call and speak with someone who could help. What problems is Salesmsg solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Salesmsg?

Nothing. It does not feel like they have the capability to handle large amounts of texts messages and then have the replies come through in the right order. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I hate how many times i have to relogin, and sometimes it doesn't upload on my iphone. It also never shows me messages at the top when new messages come in. The often times make me scroll down and look for them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Salesmsg?

The customer support! The follow-up on issues from the Salesmsg team is timely, kind, and appreciated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesmsg?

Salesmsg has proven to be unreliable when integrating with our CRM- not always available to send messages. The inbox has recently updated with certain inbox titles that seem redundant, but I can't figure out why or how they are different (but they are). I would certainly like an ALL inbox. The addition of calls is useless to me, because unless you have the IOS application it doesn't alert you about a lead calling your Salesmsg number. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
