The platform is incredibly easy to use, integrates seamlessly with our CRM, and allows our team to have two-way SMS conversations at scale. While the platform works great overall, we did experience occasional syncing issues with our CRM integration early on. These were minor and quickly resolved by their responsive support team. What do you like best about Salesmsg?

Salesmsg is great because it allows me to switch between texts and emails seamlessly while I'm working allowing me to reach all my customers without ruining the workflow. Salesmsg lets me contact multiple clients at the same time right from my workstation. Sales Message is very helpful and convenient to use. Most patients don’t want to answer calls because they are busy or tired, and this tool makes communication much easier. What do you like best about Salesmsg?

great plugins and api's to other crm's. happy I signed up Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesmsg?

after i have read a message it stay in read status for a bit not removing the unread notification number from your inbox Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Salesmsg solving and how is that benefiting you?

helps automate the client outreach so i dont have to do it myself. saves a bunch of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
