What do you like best about Salesmsg?

Salesmsg was great because they did not require us to sign a contract- they were very professional during the onboarding process and their product initially was very seamless for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Support was lacking- we were not able to easily reach a staff member to address software issues. At the time, they utilized a chat feature for support, and it sometimes took several business days to get a response. We were unable to call and speak with someone who could help. What do you like best about Salesmsg?

I like how easy it is to navigate and use Salesmsg. The text messaging feature is great because it makes it easier for me to get in contact with my customers without calling them. What do you like best about Salesmsg?

Quick & easy way to stay connected with customers, partners & vendors. We can add photos, files, specific notes about each contact (i.e. "Dave always like a 24-hour notice before pick-up") and we can also add internal notes so that we are not doubling up on work (i.e. "I'll respond to this prospect inquiry - Joe"). What do you dislike about Salesmsg?

If there is a way to disable GROUP CHAT, I'd like to know more about that, please. If a current customer adds in a colleague to the group chat that is not set-up as a contact, the conversation can be hard to follow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Salesmsg?

The setup was easy and the user interface is easy to navigate. I have used other services in the past that always gave me errors. This is not the case with Salesmsg. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
