What I dislike about Salesmsg is that the search and filtering features could be more robust. When you’re juggling a large volume of conversations, it can take a bit of extra time to find older threads or sort by specific lead tags. A cleaner way to organize and prioritize messages would make the experience even smoother.

What I like most about Salesmsg is how much more effective it is than email. Texting through Salesmsg gets faster, more reliable responses, especially when compared to emails that often sit unread. I’ve seen a noticeable increase in engagement — people are simply more likely to reply to a quick, friendly text than open a formal email.

The platform makes it easy to manage conversations at scale, personalize outreach, and follow up without being pushy. It’s become my go-to tool for lead follow-ups, appointment reminders, and turning interest into action.
