What do you like best about Salesmsg?

I like Salesmsg for its ability to power dial and leave voice messages, which saves me from repeating myself. The feature to text or call several people at once is really handy. I can use it to call ringless, generating curiosity among the people I reach out to, which often prompts them to call back. What do you dislike about Salesmsg?

Authentication and telephone line hosting time has taken far too long when starting to use the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My current place of business had a terrible rate for contacting guests for their bicycle repair pickups. We had repairs sitting around from over a year ago. With SalesMsg, we can contact the guests in a timely manner using pre-made messages that keep our messaging consistent for all team members, and can keep a digital record of contacts or messaging within the guests' information window. What do you like best about Salesmsg?

I really like how Salesmsg allows us to have different inboxes, which offers governance and control over how different teams are texting. The analytics are easy to use and provide powerful insights, allowing us to measure the return on investment effectively. Additionally, the blast text messages feature helps us create urgency with our customers and go to market quickly without much overhead. What do you dislike about Salesmsg?

If I have multiple organizations, it's a pain to onboard them going through the 10 DLC process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Salesmsg solving and how is that benefiting you?

Salesmsg allows us to text customers easily, integrates with our CRMs, and provides good governance for team texting. What do you like best about Salesmsg?

I find Salesmsg easy to keep up with and convenient for staying in contact with clients. I get notifications right away, and it's a seamless process.
