What do you like best about Salesmsg?

What do you dislike about Salesmsg?

I would definitely add a dark mode. Some of the looks of it can be very daunting on the eyes a little with the excessive light background. I just think that the dark mode would not only spice things up a bit and also kinda change things up, but it would just be a lot more easier on the eyes since we are already dealing with a lot of blue light in our lives as it is. What do you like best about Salesmsg?

I like that Salesmsg has a really clean outline and is very user-friendly. Everything is pretty much right where you expect to find it. Having the phone option has been the most valuable to me. Also, being able to leave voicemails without disturbing a client is a nice feature. The initial setup was pretty easy, taking only a few minutes from my side. What do you dislike about Salesmsg?

Figuring out the notifications could be easier. I've missed a couple calls because the notifications didn't go off even though my volume was at full on my computer and I'm not sure why the notifications take off. So I have to resolve that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Salesmsg?

I love how Salesmsg seamlessly integrates with our CRM software, and I appreciate how it flawlessly ports information over from it. This easy integration into my cell saves me tremendous time and frustration, as I never have to manually copy-paste information into the outreach tool. This feature helps a lot, whether I'm in my home office or on the road working from my cell. The initial setup was also simple and quick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesmsg?

There are times when the full database of contacts takes too long to load on the mobile app that could be vastly improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Salesmsg solving and how is that benefiting you?

I love using Salesmsg for its remarkable ease of use, which makes setting my communication preferences straightforward, whether I’m texting or calling clients. The integration with HubSpot is seamless, allowing all my calls and texts to be logged automatically and shared efficiently, which streamlines my workflow. I also appreciate the feature that lets me schedule voice recordings to be sent at specific times, enhancing my communication efficiency. The initial setup of Salesmsg was super easy, minimizing any onboarding difficulties and allowing for immediate utilization. Overall, the platform’s user-friendliness and its ability to connect with other tools like HubSpot stand out, and these features significantly enhance my productivity.
