What do you like best about Salesmsg?

I love the ease of use that Salesmsg offers. It's fantastic that I was up and running the first day because the setup was very easy. I also appreciate the ability to create templates for future messages, which makes responding to commonly asked questions quick and efficient. What do you dislike about Salesmsg?

Having it connect directly to HubSpot for CRM ease. I would like to be able to text a client directly out of HubSpot from their contact page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Salesmsg?

It's so easy to use and I can have it in Slack, HubSpot, and on the app. I know I'll never miss a message. I really like the HubSpot integration. It works smoothly which is not the case for all apps that integrate with HubSpot. I've been super impressed by this integration and the ease of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesmsg?

The only downside isn't really their fault but has to do with SMS in general but the set up and approval process took a long time. It wasn't difficult there's just time in between each step for things to be reviewed and approved. But you've gotta do it to legally do texting this way. I do wish they were a little more upfront about how long it takes to get started/how long before you can actually SEND a message. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Salesmsg solving and how is that benefiting you?

We've already been able to reduce meeting no-shows with reminders, reschedule meetings that weren't confirmed, and avoid losing those meetings, and even do some helpful follow up when emails weren't being opened. We've even sent reminders a few minutes into a meeting where someone didn't join and they were able to join after seeing the reminder text. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Messaging with Stellar Integrations"

What do you like best about Salesmsg?

I like that Salesmsg works well for text messaging and phone calls from the phone. It integrates well with HubSpot and make.com, and there are constant, continuous improvements and development from the development team. The software is a single tool with more robust features, better pricing, and impressive development improvements. It makes things very easy for us, and the initial setup was very easy. All these aspects save me time and reduce the number of tasks I need to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesmsg?

On occasion, it causes Bluetooth connection problems from my phone. But other than that, everything's great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Salesmsg?

Salemsg’s drag-and-drop automation and seamless HubSpot integration save me hours each week. The user-friendly dashboard makes managing leads, follow-ups, and campaigns simple and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesmsg?

I don't use it very often but Salesmsg mobile app isn't the greatest, it had occasional SMS deliverability delays, and lacked advanced features Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
