If I had to point to one area for improvement, it would simply be the visual design. The platform is fully functional and gets the job done without any issues, but the overall aesthetic feels a bit dated and could benefit from a modern refresh.

Salesmsg has streamlined our entire customer communication operation by checking all the right boxes in one platform. The integrations with our existing tools have eliminated the need to jump between systems, keeping our workflow consolidated and our team focused. Performance has been consistently reliable. Messages deliver promptly and the platform handles volume without issue. When we needed support during onboarding, the team was responsive and hands-on rather than just directing us to a help article. On top of that, the AI and automation features have reduced our manual workload significantly by anticipating customer touchpoints and acting on them automatically, making our outreach faster, smarter, and more scalable overall.

**What do you like best about Salesmsg?**

The most helpful part of Salesmsg is being able to reach a large group of people in a short amount of time. Their text campaigns make it easy to draft a few messages and consistently follow up with the people you need to reach. On top of that, if you get a response from someone, you can quickly message that person back individually, which makes the experience feel more personal for both you and them.

**What do you dislike about Salesmsg?**

When I first started learning Salesmsg, I disliked how tricky it was to understand how the different features worked. I couldn’t figure out how to opt people in and out, or how to use keywords properly. The only way I managed to get it was by testing each feature individually. Later on, though, I realized they have a team that’s easy to contact when you need help.

**What problems is Salesmsg solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesmsg is cutting my workload in half, and it runs smoothly. Whenever I get a new prospect, I plug them into one of the campaigns I’ve created, and they start receiving essential information in no time. The campaigns are not only easy to build, but you can also import 100’s of contacts at once and instantly message everyone you need.

I recently had to contact almost 400 prospects from an event I hosted. It took me about 10 minutes to upload my prospects and get them added to my text campaign. If they didn’t want to be included, they could easily opt out. And if they ever want to connect again later, they can opt back in.

**What do you like best about Salesmsg?**

Salesmsg allows me to multi task and reach more patients than normally. In my field of work, we have deaf patients and Salesmsg makes it able to connect with them and provide the customer service they deserve. Most people don't answer unfamiliar phone numbers so Salesmsg makes it possible to send a quick text for a faster response. I am able to save templates that I use frequently, making this quick and easy to use. The layout is similar to a cell phone layout. I get notifications when I've received a reply.

**What do you dislike about Salesmsg?**

I would like to see periodic automatic texts become an option.

**What problems is Salesmsg solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesmsg makes it easier for us to reach patients who are deaf, are unable to speak. Sending a text is quicker and easier for both us and the patients.

**What do you like best about Salesmsg?**

The Salesforce integration, along with the ability to add Salesmsg SMS webhooks to Salesforce flows, has been really helpful for our team. It allows us to keep both email and SMS together within a single Salesforce flow, which makes the overall process feel much more streamlined and easier to manage. Our basic users also appreciate the features available in the Salesmsg platform for handling incoming and outgoing calls and SMS—especially voicemail drop, scheduled send, merge fields, and broadcasts.

**What do you dislike about Salesmsg?**

We’d love to see the Salesforce integration built out further. For example, we use Salesmsg SMS webhooks in Flows, but right now I can’t use merge fields in webhook templates unless those fields live on the primary Contact object. Because of that limitation, I have to create workarounds whenever I need to pull in fields from a child object. We’ve also started running into more issues with the Salesforce integration overall. Support seems limited, and it’s holding us back from taking full advantage of webhooks and Salesmsg campaigns.

We find the most engagement from leads when we couple emails with a text message. Salesmsg allows us to couple emails with Salesmsg webhooks in our email drip campaign flows.

**What do you like best about Salesmsg?**

I really like the ability of Salesmsg to save common or frequent texts that I use. It saves a lot of time when I can just go to my saved templates for text and pop them in quickly. I also appreciate that I'm able to edit those templates really easily and quickly. That's what I like the most.

**What do you dislike about Salesmsg?**

Definitely, the analytic portion could definitely be improved. There's not enough of a drill down, and even learning how to pull your own analytics is difficult. I just learned or feel somewhat competent with the process to see how many texts I'm sending a day manually, but that took a good two and a half months to figure out. So I would like to see other details in regard to my activity, such as how many calls have I sent? How many were picked up? How long is it taking me to respond to those calls or those messages? The analytic piece is just real clunky for me. The initial setup would say was fairly easy because I'm not on the rollout team. There was very little training though, and there's very little training that I could even find on Salesmsg. Most of it was really our team lead, you know, poking around and figuring out what the tool could use. But, yeah, the training was, yeah, needs improvement.

I use Salesmsg to track my messages and know who to follow up with. It solves the issue of retyping common messages by letting me create templates, which is really helpful.

I love how Salesmsg integrates with HubSpot. All our work is through HubSpot, so it's very convenient to have it integrate with that. We're able to set up automated workflows and have a whole system of text being sent out, and we're able to reply to our clients, which some services don't have, which is just amazing. It allows us to plug Salesmsg at every step of the customer journey. When they are prospects, leads, or clients, we can continue to text them and set up automations at each step without having to put in manual work hours. The initial setup was great. It was really plug-and-play, which was awesome. It was a quick installation, quick process.

Honestly nothing!

I use Salesmsg as an inbound chatbot for Business Development at my company. It really helps us stay organized with our inbound lead flow. I like its ease of use and find the integration with our CRM super valuable. You just get someone's info from Salesmsg and then it creates the lead, which saves so much time.

I dislike nothing about Salesmsg. It's easy to use and helps my team perform, and we've booked a lot of meetings with them. We get great ROI for what we pay. They helped us out with onboarding and their AI is very powerful.

**What do you like best about Salesmsg?**

The most helpful aspect of Salesmsg is their team, who are always readily available to make sure you’re getting the most out of the features. The upsides include having all your contacts in one place, mass texting, and campaigns that make it easy to continually connect with people. I just started using it 4 months ago and it was so simple to learn the features as well as implement them into daily communication. This is a tool I use daily and it makes my job so much easier.

**What do you dislike about Salesmsg?**

The least helpful thing is not being able to contact someone who has opted out of a campaign. Some of the people I connect with just didn't want to be on an automatic text plan but still wanted info from me and I couldn't contact them.

**What problems is Salesmsg solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salemsg is solving a productivity problem. I could not possibly text everyone I need to text in the amount of time I have. It makes a big task manageable. With Salemsg I'm able to contact all the people I need within seconds. This saves me time for more essential tasks within my job. At the end of the day, I am more productive because I am able to focus on the bigger tasks.

We use installation contractors and having a "group" login is really tedious. Wish there was a better way to add users to an inbox for these purposes. Sometimes the specific individual contractors change but the company retains the inbox and login.

Customer communications and reminders. The interface helps me see what issues are being responded to or not by my team across inboxes. It's integration with HubSpot helps to track all the communications cleanly.

I really like how Salesmsg integrates so smoothly with HubSpot. It allows all my teams to have their own inboxes, which helps keep our messaging straight and separate. Using Salesmsg makes it easy to broadcast messages and create workflows by porting lists from HubSpot. I also find it more user-friendly compared to HubSpot's texting, making it a better experience for multiple users. The setup experience was incredible too, as someone from Salesmsg met with me via Zoom to get everything set up efficiently, which was a great start.

**What do you dislike about Salesmsg?**

I tend to think the menus and the options are a little clunky, and I have a hard time finding where I need to go. I can figure it out, but it takes some time, and it's not as smooth or easy as I want it to be. There's always lots of messages over there. We're getting a lot of updates or advertisements or add-ons, which can be a little distracting when I just wanna talk to an AI and answer my question or give me help.

Salesmsg works well with HubSpot, allowing me to send broadcast messages, create workflows, and keep team messaging organized. Each team has its own inbox, and lists are easily ported over for broadcasting.

It doesn’t delete chats, so I can always find a conversation even if it’s weeks old. Texting is a breeze, and calling people has never been easier.

It records all conversations, and I’d like the option to turn that off.

It's so easy to use and I can have it in Slack, HubSpot, and on the app. I know I'll never miss a message. I really like the HubSpot integration. It works smoothly which is not the case for all apps that integrate with HubSpot. I've been super impressed by this integration and the ease of use.

**What do you dislike about Salesmsg?**

The only downside isn't really their fault but has to do with SMS in general but the set up and approval process took a long time. It wasn't difficult there's just time in between each step for things to be reviewed and approved. But you've gotta do it to legally do texting this way. I do wish they were a little more upfront about how long it takes to get started/how long before you can actually SEND a message.

We've already been able to reduce meeting no-shows with reminders, reschedule meetings that weren't confirmed, and avoid losing those meetings, and even do some helpful follow up when emails weren't being opened. We've even sent reminders a few minutes into a meeting where someone didn't join and they were able to join after seeing the reminder text.

I love how Salesmsg seamlessly integrates with our CRM software, and I appreciate how it flawlessly ports information over from it. This easy integration into my cell saves me tremendous time and frustration, as I never have to manually copy-paste information into the outreach tool. This feature helps a lot, whether I'm in my home office or on the road working from my cell. The initial setup was also simple and quick.

There are times when the full database of contacts takes too long to load on the mobile app that could be vastly improved.

I can use it to call ringless, generating curiosity among the people I reach out to, which often prompts them to call back. Also, the initial setup of Salesmsg was pretty easy, making it convenient to start using.

I find the inability to save a broadcast if I get interrupted and cannot finish it until later frustrating.

The slack integration had an issue where whenever another user in the company replied to a message if they weren't in Salesmessage it started sending the "not connected" errors in slack

Authentication and telephone line hosting time has taken far too long when starting to use the product.

My current place of business had a terrible rate for contacting guests for their bicycle repair pickups. We had repairs sitting around from over a year ago. With SalesMsg, we can contact the guests in a timely manner using pre-made messages that keep our messaging consistent for all team members, and can keep a digital record of contacts or messaging within the guests' information window.
