What do you like best about Salesmate?

Salesmate.io is a user friendly tool to work on his/her daily activities - creating, editing and updating. Navigation of the tool is easy - giving a user a comprehensive 360 degrees view of each module - Contact, Account or Deal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesmate?

Nothing much but i wish Salesmate.io can allow to integrate with databases like ZoomInfo, Calling Tools like Skype. Salesmate.io could improvise on screen performance and resolution. What problems is Salesmate solving and how is that benefiting you?

First Salesmate helped our organization to organize the process of end to end sales process starting from Lead Creation to Closure of the opportunity. Visbility into all kind of activities related to all opportunities. Which helped the organization to have a single view to understand the current and future pipeline along with a visbility into individual teams or members performance of the sales activities. What do you like best about Salesmate?

I like that it is sales friendly. often a CRM is more tailored to marketing purposes, Salesmate is very easy to use for sales guys. Yet offers features like bulk mail and sequencing which is very effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesmate?

The absence of linkedin API. In my opnion any CRM tool that reduces the admin time for sales while capturing all details is rated very highly. The only time conusimg aspect is that you cant not add a lead directly from linkedin. It would save a ton of time if it was an option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It helps in solving problems like difficulty in emails and call tracking, Sales performance, activities, and Dashboard. It has made it easy to know who has opened our email and who has not, email ids are correct or wrong, and who is doing productive work in an office environment, and all the day-to-day activities information can be captured easily.
