t took alittle time to get comfortable, but really, that was days (maybe hours) and not a hard process. just familiarity as with anything new, so not much to complain about... The customer support is incredible, love the chat function - the Salesmate team always has a quick response and is open to updating areas specific to our companies needs. Automated texting is kind of confusing. You have to enter a code before any automated text . That make it difficult. Also, I wish Salesmate were hipaa compliant and had client document storage to serve clients in the US better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
