The design inconsistancies - the button designs in one form are not the same in other forms/design elements. I would like to see more fonts available in the system as well. Some of the prompt box buttons are confusing as well, in that you are unsure if you should click as it says "send" it should say "exit" or similar. SALESmanago has very good features, but with very limited configurations, for example, when creating recommendation frameworks, the few options provided by the automation rules, the automatic emails from the form or alerts cannot be edited and are very cumbersome. Emoticons that are not compatible with the system cannot be included in the body of the email, and for some functions, we cannot obtain analytical data for a specific period.
