"Decent Tool with Persistent Sync Issues"
3/5
What do you like best about Salesloft?

I appreciated the live activity feed feature in Salesloft, as it provided real-time updates that enhance my ability to engage with potential customers effectively. I also found the cadences feature very useful; it allowed for structured and efficient outreach, helping me maintain consistency in communication with prospects. Despite facing some challenges with downtime and synchronization issues, which impacted operations when we couldn't perform our jobs effectively, these features were significant in aiding daily sales activities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesloft?

I experienced challenges with Salesloft due to its downtime and synchronization issues. When the platform went down or failed to sync information, it hindered our ability to perform our jobs effectively, leading to significant disruptions in our workflow. This was a major drawback during my use of the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Salesloft is how it makes sales engagement simple and organized, it helps me stay on top of outreach, track activity easily, and connect with prospects more effectively. I love the ability to create a bunch of different cadences and the ability to stay on top of all my outreach. I used it every single day and it makes my life so much easier. What do you like best about Salesloft?

1: AI-Powered Email & Cadence Suggestions

Salesloft has enhanced its AI engine to suggest:

High-performing subject lines

Optimal sending times

Personalized email content

This significantly improves open and reply rates, especially for outbound teams.

2. Conversations+ (Advanced Call Intelligence)

Their new Conversations+ upgrade uses AI to:

Auto-summarize sales calls

Detect intent and objections

Recommend follow-up actions

This helps reps focus on the conversation while AI takes care of note-taking and insights.

3. Deal Engagement Score

A newly launched Deal Engagement Score provides a predictive score based on prospect interactions (emails, calls, opens, replies), helping sales teams prioritize high-potential deals.

4. Multi-channel Cadence Enhancements

Salesloft now supports more seamless integration of:

LinkedIn steps directly in cadences

SMS outreach (via integrations)

Native support for WhatsApp messaging (beta)

5. Salesforce and HubSpot Deeper Sync

Improved bi-directional sync for Salesforce and HubSpot ensures:

Real-time updates

Less duplication

Clean data across platforms Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesloft?

Absolutely — while Salesloft is a powerful sales engagement platform, there are still areas where users and teams often suggest improvements. Here's a concise list of potential enhancements:

1. Unified View for Multi-Channel Activities

Current limitation:

Sales activities across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other touchpoints can feel fragmented.

Improvement needed:

A centralized timeline view of all prospect interactions (like HubSpot's CRM activity feed) would help reps stay context-aware.

2. More Robust LinkedIn Integration

Current limitation:

LinkedIn steps in cadences are manual and lack deep tracking.

Improvement needed:

Stronger LinkedIn automation and tracking, such as auto-logging InMail replies and connection status, would reduce manual updates.

3. Custom Reporting Flexibility

Current limitation:

Prebuilt reports and dashboards are helpful but limited in customization.

Improvement needed:

Allowing advanced custom report building (like in Salesforce or Power BI) for performance insights across teams, sequences, and deal stages.

"Effortless Sales Tracking, Needs Better Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Salesloft?

I love how easy Salesloft makes it to keep track of about 600 different individuals per day, which is incredibly valuable for managing my sales and my business efficiently. Its simplicity in tracking these contacts is something I really appreciate. Additionally, the seamless connection to our in-house systems or ERP enhances its functionality, allowing for a smooth and integrated experience. This connectivity ensures that sales calls and related activities at MRC Development Partners are managed without any hassle, further reflecting the user-friendly nature of Salesloft. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesloft?

I find it kinda clunky when trying to add other technologies to the stack, so we always kept our in-house solutions as the other technologies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Salesloft has transformed how our SDR team runs daily outreach and books meetings efficiently."
4/5
What do you like best about Salesloft?

Salesloft helps our sales team stay organized, consistent, and efficient. The cadence builder is intuitive, and the task-based system ensures no follow-up falls through the cracks. We’ve significantly improved our outbound workflows thanks to automation features, call logging, and the seamless Salesforce integration. I also love that we can track performance at both the rep and team level through dashboards, which makes coaching so much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesloft?

The reporting features are a bit limited and sometimes require manual exports for deeper analysis. The email formatting can also get clunky if you’re using custom branding or pasting in external content. I wish there were a few more options to customize dashboards or pull flexible data views. Occasionally, the UI feels dated or requires a few too many clicks to complete simple tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Multichannel Outreach with Seamless CRM Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Salesloft?

I truly appreciate Salesloft as a multichannel tool that provides us with exceptional flexibility in managing cold outreach. The ability to operate it in isolation, separate from a CRM, while also offering seamless integration with client CRM systems is a standout feature. I am particularly impressed with the extensive open APIs that Salesloft offers. This openness not only ensures robust front-end reporting capabilities but also grants us access to incredibly granular client and BDR performance data, which is invaluable for our business operations. Remove the dropdown menu when filterin contacts to add a tag. Everytime I add a tag filter and try to type my tag's name, it lags a lot because of the many tags my team used before and waiting to load before allowing me to type. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
