What do you like best about SalesIntel?

Mobile numbers are fairly accurate and the upload/export system is also easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SalesIntel?

SalesIntel claims to have a human verification team that verifies emails and phone numbers. You can only pull contacts that this team has verified, not "machine generated ones". Even these verified ones are filled with bounced emails and wrong numbers. They claim to have a 95% accuracy rate but we have not experienced this on my team. When you use the verification request tool on an unverified contact, they rarely find the number and just basically guess the email, as I've gotten bounces even after they "verify" this info. Overall, in concept it seemed like a good move from ZoomInfo considering the cost savings, however with a lower cost comes lower fidelity data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
