Very easy to search up a target person or company and the information tends to be relatively accurate. Have used it as a BDR doing mass outreach and a salesperson with pointed outreach. The pointed outreach has proven to be much better and more effective. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because in a bulk setting where you're doing 100s of exports you tend to have around a 20-30% inaccuracy rate (anecdotal stats not objective). Sometimes the duplicates can be frustrating when doing bulk exports, and sometimes you can have data issues with contacts not being as current. I've used several sales intelligence products and I like their technographic data. It's accurate, up-to-date, and product versions are available. I really like the UI - it's super simple to learn and navigate. I also like that I don't have to worry about credit usage. This has been a very unexpected benefit of SalesIntel. With other platforms, I constantly had to manage sellers who wanted to keep working, but were out of credits, and worry about having to increase our spend on a monthly basis. That extra administrative burden is gone. I also like their intent categories. They have high-level categories, but you can get much more granular as well. I'm not going after volume - I'm trying to identify target organizations that have specific tech and challenges that we can solve. One of my favorite features in SalesIntel is how powerful the search capabilities are. The advanced filters make it easy to zero in on exactly the right contacts or accounts based on industry, title, location, or even intent signals. I also love that I can upload a spreadsheet of existing records and let SalesIntel fill in any missing data — whether that’s phone numbers, emails, or company details — saving hours of manual research. What problems is SalesIntel solving and how is that benefiting you? SalesIntel solves the challenge of incomplete or outdated prospect data. Before using it, I often had to spend extra time searching multiple sources to verify contact information or fill in missing details. Now, I can quickly enrich existing records, keep my Salesforce data accurate, and identify the right decision-makers faster. This saves hours of manual research, helps our outreach efforts hit the right people, and keeps our sales and marketing teams aligned with up-to-date, reliable information. I appreciate the ability to filter to find exactly what department, title and level of person I am looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about SalesIntel? Sometimes the information is outdated if people have retired or no longer work at the company I am looking for. Sometimes, they have not worked for the company for 6+ years, which is extremely outdated. Also, some names and company names are not capitalized. If I send an email with the fields filled in, trusting SalesIntel's data, the lower case letters in names and company names look very unprofessional. Also, the filters for the locations do not always work well. If I am looking, perhaps, for only businesses in one particular state, it still pulls up companies in other states across the US from the state I'm looking for. I love SalesIntel for 3-4 reasons, as an Inside Sales Rep. 1) It's great for sourcing contact information, for prospects (phone, email, cell phones) 2) It's great for checking Incumbent technologies and integrations a prospect might have 3) It's great for building territorial focus lists', and integrating those lists with our marketing tools 4) It's great for building lists based off of intent based Data (Bombora, ProspectIntel) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about SalesIntel? I would say a small percentage of prospects' information is sometimes not available in SalesIntel.
