I find Saleshandy to be a one-stop solution for email marketing, with its lead finder, email verification credits, and AI capabilities. I appreciate the AI-enabled sequence creation that provides accurate suggestions and reviews, which are pretty good. I like how Saleshandy is beneficial for beginners in email marketing. The email verifier and sequence identification, which assess the sequence score and suggest necessary changes, are invaluable features. I also value the right guidance provided on the support side and how easy it was to implement the software. Compared to other service providers, Saleshandy has a way better delivery and this was one of the main reasons why I chose it. I would rate the initial setup of Saleshandy as a four out of five. Because on the HubSpot and other LinkedIn automation tool, it still needs some working. Currently, I'm not integrated it with anything because I was not getting confident on the integration part. For me and my business, it’s essential to work with a platform or tool that’s counterintuitive and builds the workflow that the business desires. Saleshandy is such a tool that not only helped me set my sales workflow but also the ease of use and other features made it effective and efficient in day-to-day tasks. The workflow is super easy, smooth and intelligent in terms of hunting leads, creating sequences of flows, CRM and having to customise it in the journey. I run all the cold outreach for my software company through Saleshandy as a solo founder. I have 10 mailboxes across 5 domains connected, and the sequences with inbox rotation let me manage everything from one place instead of juggling accounts. The built-in email verification keeps my bounce rates down before campaigns go out, and the unified inbox makes it easy to catch and reply to interested prospects quickly. The credit system for extras could be friendlier: email verification credits are one-time grants rather than monthly refills, so they run out and you have to buy more separately. As someone setting this up for the first time, I found the setup process fairly straightforward and easy to follow. I find Saleshandy extremely easy to use, which makes it one of the best apps I've come across. The all-in-one nature of the app is fantastic—it includes email verification, AI-driven sequence creation making variations very fast, and CRM capabilities for uploading contacts. Plus, it supports automations for WhatsApp and LinkedIn, which are very, very good. I love that I don't have to jump between different tools for tasks like email verification and CRM, everything can be done within Saleshandy, which is a significant advantage. What do you dislike about Saleshandy? The online customer support is very good however sometimes you are waiting for up to 30 minutes for a response as they are busy. I was having very bad deliverability issues, and my primary domain was also damaged. Saleshandy includes email warm-up, and after four weeks my primary domain was working again and my emails were no longer going to spam. I also like the quality of their leads because, unlike other companies that provide outdated leads, Saleshandy's leads are reliable and up-to-date, making my work easier. It comes off a little bit too small, and I should be able to adjust the size from their site. I haven't figured that out yet. They could let you pull up another screen where you can actually upload your Google Doc spreadsheet and see how it's gonna look when you print it out, like a preview.
