I have a telemarketing company with multiple clients that require lead generation from multiple different industries. Salesgenie allows me to pull new data lists, label the lists and modify them as needed without the need to pull the data out of Salesgenie. The one set monthly fee is a huge cost savings for my company. In addition, I can put notes on each line item as the calls are being made, just as you would in any CRM. I am technically challenged and can get very frustrated when trying to learn a new CRM but there was very little learning curve needed and the customer service rep was available at a moment’s notice whenever I needed a question answered.
