The software is very user friendly and Ann provides webinars that teach you everything you need to know. Prospects are easy to generate. I love that I'm able to apply filters (which was very simple to comprehend), and narrow down my prospects, so that I can reach my target businesses. Also, Ann and Justin M. have been very helpful with assistance that I have needed with my account. Whether via email or phone call they respond quickly and ensure that all my questions are answered and fulfill any request needed. I plan on continuing with this service and highly recommend. **What do you dislike about Salesgenie by Data Axle?** I have not found any dislikes so far, but I do recommend a couple of things. 1. Add secondary address designators to addresses such as STE, BLDG, UNIT. This would be helpful with bulk mailing because USPS requires this information. The "#" is not accepted if there is a secondary address designator. 2. Make it easier to retrieve email addresses only from lead generated list by having the option to retrieve the emails only. **What problems is Salesgenie by Data Axle solving and how is that benefiting you?** SalesGenie helped solve the Email Campaign blast i've been working on. But I also like that I can create all kinds of lists that I can then keep track of wins/losses for clients. I love that I can create a direct mail campaign directly from the platform without having to go back and forth with a printing house on proofs/approvals, etc. It's so easy! **What do you dislike about Salesgenie by Data Axle?** I sometimes find that the sales volume estimates are not accurate on the business side, and I wish the new mover database were synced with the main database so I didn't have to be penalized for downloading the same contact multiple times. **What problems is Salesgenie by Data Axle solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm able to build lists based on specific tags that I attach to leads, so it helps me organize and track leads. I highly recommend this product and it's support staff. **What do you dislike about Salesgenie by Data Axle?** I did not like the former Salesgenie - perhaps I really didn't understand it. The new upgraded Data Axle Sales Genie - that we actually can dowload and use the email addresses as an email campaign thru Salesgenie or any other campaigns we wish to utilize. We can dowload the emails and use in various campagins. Much more efficient and cost effective. **What problems is Salesgenie by Data Axle solving and how is that benefiting you?** We now have a reliable soruce of leads for business owners and consumers. We can now market in a myriad of ways, including the use of emails - in a campagin with Sales genie or any otehr method we choose. There is also no clear way to cancel your account on the website. Good system to help find solutions and versatile data lists. The ability to reach any demographic within a short amount of time! Quick team support. **What do you dislike about Salesgenie by Data Axle?** Overcommunication, which I guess is better than undercommunication, but also floods the inbox. System is a little "dinossaurish" although very functional and there's training provided. Quality of the leads are good, but phone numbers tend ot be commerial and not directly of the content, making it difficult to reach a person when calling commercial leads. However that's the nature of the game and no different than many competitors.
