It was easy to set up (thought it was a trap) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Mailforge? Terrible! We shifted the outbound of our team. Purchased 45 mailbox slots with 14 domains. The first weeks there were no problems. The problems gradually started. Sometime mailboxes would get randomly blocked - even though we only sent 5 mails/ day. The team told us to simply delete the mailbox & add a new one. Which we did. Problem became worse. More inboxes got blocked. We told the team. They told us to delete old inboxes & create new ones. This went on for a few weeks. Until today. All our 45 mailbox got blocked in 1 day. Disaster for the business. Our volume fell by 95%. It will take weeks to warm up other inboxes. Stay away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Mailforge has been a game-changer for our outreach. The product is intuitive, powerful, and extremely reliable. Anytime I had a question, the IT help team was incredibly fast, knowledgeable, and supportive. Their responsiveness made the entire experience seamless and easy. Super easy to integrate with their instructions. I set it and forget it within apollo and haven't really needed to use it again so just use it 2 -3 x a year after setup. Super easy to implement.
