"Salesforce Spiff Review"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Spiff?

Salesforce Spiff is one of the best commission management tool which can easily integrates with Salesforce Cloud. Few of the features I really appreciate about it is that it generates crystal clear reports which is easily to transform into a data. Also the auto tracking feature for the commission and margins is amazing in it. Probably this is one of the biggest advantage of the software and its all cloud based. Moreover, the dashboard is very user friendly and sales person can update the numbers on daily basis without any hassle or manual work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Spiff?

The payout system in Salesforce Spiff is one the part I really dislike about. Sometimes it overdue the payments and does not track the performance of an salesperson accurately. Which I believe can be fixed in the upcoming updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Spiif has been great!"
5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Spiff?

What I like most about Salesforce Spiff is how seamlessly it integrates with Salesforce to automate commission tracking. As someone in a sales-driven role, having real-time visibility into my performance and earnings keeps me motivated and focused. It eliminates the usual confusion or manual follow-ups around commission calculations, which helps build trust and transparency between sales reps and management. It also frees up time that I can invest in closing deals instead of double-checking spreadsheets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Spiff?

One area where I think Salesforce Spiff could improve is in its user interface. While it’s functional, there are moments when the navigation isn’t as intuitive as I’d like, especially when trying to access historical data or commission breakdowns across different time periods. I’ve also noticed that customization options can be limited unless you involve an admin. That said, the core value it delivers far outweighs these minor issues, and I’ve seen ongoing improvements over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Salesforce Spiff makes commission tracking accurate and transparent. It removes the need for manual spreadsheets and calculations, which saves a lot of time and reduces mistakes. Sales reps can clearly see how their commissions are calculated, which helps build trust and keeps everyone motivated. The integration with Salesforce is smooth, and having real-time dashboards makes it easier to monitor performance and payouts. Overall, it improves efficiency for both sales reps and managers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Spiff?

The main downside is that setup can feel complicated at first, especially if your commission plans have many rules. It requires some training to get used to the system, and customizing reports can be a bit limited at times. For smaller teams, the cost may also feel high compared to simpler tools. Once it is set up, though, it runs smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Salesforce Spiff is a game-changer for commission transparency.

It gives reps real-time visibility into earnings, quotas, and plan logic—all from within Salesforce. The mobile app is slick, and the low-code builder lets ops teams manage complex incentives without engineering. Some setup can be tricky, but it’s worth it for the automation and trust it builds.

Best for: Sales teams who want visibility and motivation without spreadsheet chaos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Spiff?

The only thing I don’t love about Salesforce SPIFF is that setup can be a bit tricky at first, and if your team runs very specific or complex incentive programs, you’ll probably need someone with admin skills to configure it. Reporting could also be a little more flexible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
