# my question is, why is your support team so unwilling to work with us? we would put in a ticket and it would immediately be counted as resolved seconds after being submitted and no work was ever done
it took my site a matter of months to fix certain connections between salesforce and amazon connect, and it kept getting thrown into older versions of salesforce.

# What is the possibility of integration with other applications?
We use an ERP (FOCUS) mainly for logging sales, stocks and revenue. We also use a Service Desk application (Zoho Desk) as a help desk tool to oversee the support tickets and resolution.
How easy will be an integration and will it cost me a bomb?
