# How do you manage high volume of duplicated data?
Hello!
Currently, we have a high volume of duplicated Account records in our Salesforce. Please, how anyone here who face the same situation deal with that? I already use duplicated rules and third-party apps to help, but it doesn't seem to be enough.

# When do you need a CRM?
Based on your experience, is there a particular company size (a number of employees that is) that should get a business thinking about getting a CRM? I appreciate that 'it depends' answer is applicable in this case, but I wanted to gauge if the number of employees in the business should indicate the readiness for a CRM implementation.
