# Will there be any updates on the user interface or friendliness of Salesforce?
At some point, I would like to see an update to the interface to make the platform a bit more organized and easy to use. There is a lot of information and features so it can get confusing at times. I'd love to see a modern update to Salesforce at some time in the near future to help streamline things and make my job easier as always.

No. For outbound campaigns use another service, and not Salesforce Marketing Cloud— way too expensive for low results.
