"Presentation"
5/5
What do you like best about Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud)?

Salesforce keeps us updated with the latest information about new plans and offers, and also shares additional details on how to use these features in Siebel. It provides us with training as well, which helps us stay informed and capable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud)?

The only aspect we do not like is how difficult it is to find information. Typing in simple words does not always yield the results we need. It would be much better if it were integrated with AI to make finding the desired information easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable and Scalable CPQ Solution for Complex Sales Processes"
5/5
What do you like best about Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud)?

The best thing about Salesforce Revenue Cloud is how seamlessly it integrates CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) with billing and revenue recognition. It makes the entire quote-to-cash cycle efficient, especially for businesses with complex pricing models or multiple product combinations. The automation of approvals, guided selling, and real-time pricing updates really help our sales team move faster and reduce manual errors. The UI is intuitive, and having it integrated into our existing Salesforce ecosystem is a huge plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud)?

While it’s a powerful tool, the initial setup and customization can be time-consuming and requires a fair amount of expertise. Some features feel over-engineered for smaller or mid-sized teams, and performance can occasionally lag when dealing with very large product catalogs. Also, the documentation could be more detailed in some areas, especially for handling edge cases in pricing rules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Salesforce Revenue Cloud: Powerful but with a learning curve"
4/5
What do you like best about Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud)?

The best part, without a doubt, is how it connects the entire sales process. From the moment someone shows interest to closing the deal, everything flows without having to jump between a thousand platforms. I really like how flexible it is to configure products and prices, and the automatic approvals feature saves me a lot of time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud)?

What I don't like about Salesforce Revenue Cloud is that at first it can be a bit convoluted to set up, especially if you don't have a lot of experience. Sometimes the more advanced features feel a bit complicated and you end up asking for help to understand them well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

That said, there’s a learning curve, especially for organizations new to Salesforce. Admin and developer support is crucial to get the most out of it.
