The best thing is about how finely you can restrict and provide access to users and decide what they can do with the data.
Now with Agentforce, the complexity of understanding why someone cannot perform a task has become so easy.

The need to get rid of profile is much needed as it gets confusing and should only work with permission sets.
And removal of workflows and process builder by making it mandatory to migrate to flows as it is a much stronger tool.

The platform's out-of-the-box solutions fit our needs perfectly. I also find Einstein Analytics and Tableau very useful for data visualization, enhancing our ability to manage and analyze information effectively.

The platform is something I have been using for years and years and years.  It is simple and intuitive even to use the more complex features of the platform.  You can do a whole lot with it.

It is a bit of a clunky UI.  This platform has been around for awhile and it shows.  I have been using it since maybe 2015 or even earlier and not much has changed.  On the one hand that is good on the other hand I'd like to see more AI functionality and features.
