"A robust and complete product"
5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Partner Cloud (formerly Salesforce PRM)?

What I like most about Salesforce is the depth of its functionality. No matter the use case, functionality is built out because their products have been battle-tested by thousands of companies. I have used other products in the past that were too specialized to help us with all of our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Partner Cloud (formerly Salesforce PRM)?

While it's super robust, one of the things I don't like is the steep learning curve. It takes a while to help onboard our new employees and orient them with the solution. Additionally, the UI could be updated a bit, but these are minor issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Salesforce PRM: A solid solution for managing partner relationships"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Partner Cloud (formerly Salesforce PRM)?

What I like most about Salesforce PRM is how well it facilitates collaboration with our business partners. I find it very useful to have everything centralized: from lead management to opportunity tracking and internal communication. Everything is integrated within the Salesforce ecosystem, which makes the work much smoother.

Additionally, I highly value the automation of processes such as opportunity registration or lead assignment. These functions save time and help avoid errors. I also like that the partner portal is customizable and allows them to easily access the resources and tools they need to work more independently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Partner Cloud (formerly Salesforce PRM)?

What I like least about Salesforce PRM is that, although it is very comprehensive, it can be a bit complicated to set up at first. Not having much prior experience with Salesforce, I felt that the learning curve was somewhat steep. The platform has many features, which is good, but sometimes it can become a bit overwhelming.

I also noticed that to make certain customizations or adjustments in the partner portal, I ended up needing technical support, which can increase costs. I would like some of those tasks to be easier to manage without relying so much on a developer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly customizable to your company and individual needs"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Partner Cloud (formerly Salesforce PRM)?

I like the ability to customize my own dashboard. There are tools I use every dan and others I only use once in a while. SalesForce allows each individual to customize their dashboard to their own primary uses. It offers plug ins to make the software work with other solutions within the organization and with the right SalesForce admin the tool can be customized to do nearly anything you need or want it to. I use SalesForce nearly every day for various reasons and other teams use the notify/task features to alert me to things I need to help them with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Partner Cloud (formerly Salesforce PRM)?

With any highly customizable solution it can be overly complex. Sometimes I just need one thing and it feels like it may take me a while to find it. Sometimes the search feature returns things that don't make sense. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
