There are multiple features I can use within the platform to communicate with my customers from emails, calls, to text messages. Automation and process workflows help me stay in constant contact with my customers with ease. If there are ever ay issues, customer service is always available, friendly, and helpful. Salesforce PRM is a streamlined way for multiple teams to communicate the progress of an account. It contains information such as onboarding, customer communications, customer temperature, and renewal opportunities. Our team uses this at least every week. They have excellent customer support.
