"Effortless Partner Management and Streamlined Deal Tracking"

5/5

What do you like best about Salesforce Partner Cloud (formerly Salesforce PRM)?

What I like best about the Salesforce Partner Cloud is honestly how much easier it makes working with all our different partners. Instead of bouncing around a million emails and spreadsheets, everything is in one place.

The biggest win for me is the visibility. I can quickly look at the dashboard and see exactly where all the deals are and who's working on what. The automated stuff, like registering a new deal or getting an approval, saves a ton of time and cuts out the annoying back-and-forth.

I also really like the training materials and content library. It makes it simple to get new partners up to speed without me having to personally walk them through everything every time. It just feels more organized and professional, which helps us all close deals faster and build better relationships. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Partner Cloud (formerly Salesforce PRM)?

Honestly, the main things that bug me about the Salesforce Partner Cloud usually come down to two things: how complicated it can be and the price tag.

For one, it's a beast of a system. The learning curve is pretty steep. Even for someone who's decent with computers, it takes a while to figure out where everything is and how to use it right. Setting it up the way you actually want it can be a real headache and usually means you have to bring in an expensive expert to get it right.

The other big issue is the cost. It feels like you're paying a lot for features you might not even touch, and if you need any extra bells and whistles, the price just keeps climbing. Sometimes the system can also be a bit slow and clunky, which is really frustrating when you're trying to quickly close a deal. Creating custom reports can also be surprisingly difficult and less intuitive than it should be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Salesforce Partner Cloud (formerly Salesforce PRM) solving and how is that benefiting you?

It mainly solves the mess of having information and communications scattered everywhere. Before using it, tracking partner activity was often manual and disjointed, leading to missed opportunities and wasted time. The main benefits for us are that everything is now in one place, so partners and our internal teams can access the same, up-to-date data like pricing and product specs without having to ask around. The automated deal registration and lead routing mean leads don't get lost, and everyone knows which deals to focus on, which helps us close deals much faster. The platform also includes training and enablement tools that get partners up to speed quicker, meaning less time spent on training and more time selling. Finally, we can see in real-time how partners are performing using dashboards and reports, which helps us make better decisions about where to invest our resources.
