You get to try out the software before you invest heavily. This is a win-win. **What do you dislike about Agentforce Nonprofit (formerly Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud)?** The donation management process can be confusing at times because some items are relabeled from the standard Salesforce objects. That said, after using it repeatedly, it does get easier to navigate. Setting up person accounts can be tricky as well, so it’s important to make sure you choose and configure the right data model from the start. **What problems is Agentforce Nonprofit (formerly Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps me stay in contact with the individuals and organizations that donate the most, and it also helps facilitate and manage the donation process. We use many standard integrations with NPSP frequently, and reporting is very flexible. **What do you dislike about Agentforce Nonprofit (formerly Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud)?** The cost can be a lot as organizations grow. Service is also not the best. The cost of premier support is prohibitive, especially when considering scaling over time. The standard support has a very long turnaround time and is so technical that only the admin can use it. The system's soft crediting method is awful and makes for many reporting difficulties.
