What do you like best about Agentforce Education (formerly Salesforce Education Cloud)?

Salesforce offers solutions that allows my school to better connect to, engage and recruit students through 1:1 communication. We use this for thing such as the FAFSA and other communication needs. It creates a direct line of communication between the school and the student. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce Education (formerly Salesforce Education Cloud)?

It is pricey to begin with. There are many other options out there that less expansive and have more features. It also changes the role of students into customers/clients instead of people and makes them into numbers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
