What do you like best about Salesforce Order Management?

What do you like best about Salesforce Order Management?

"Cloud based Order Management Solution from Salesforce"

What do you like best about Salesforce Order Management?

1. The product offers and combiens features for online store implementation, e- commerce and regular Order Managagement features.

2. The product allows clients to manage pricing, promition and products.Order fullfillment and other operational features of a OM tool is also included.

3. Similir to all salesforce products, the Salesforce commerce cloud also has a huge set of training material provided by Salesforce via its trailhead learning platform.

4. Since it is cloud based, this solution can also be easily recommended for smaller clients which do not want to invest in much technical infrastructure like servers etc.

5. Commerce cloud also uses REST API so any customizations can be done.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Order Management?

What do you like best about Salesforce Order Management?

Salesforce is a very powerful tool for tech-forward companies. It's great maintaining customer profiles such as customer history, leads and potential opportunity leads. Salesforces' customer service was also very proactive and helpful throughout the entire process while we explored their software.

The licensing with Salesforce it a little pricing along with a pretty high cost of implementation with our existing programs. When we went through the implementation process our cost ran over initial projections Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our company is an opportunity lead driven company. Sometimes our leads would be buried within our CRM system. Salesforce really helped bring leads to our sales staff when we used it. With Salesforce, I've been able to more easily organize and access the large quantities of data that my organization utilizes. I am able to work on projects simultaneously with my coworkers and clearly assign project roles. It's also very helpful to have the timeline for each of my projects that Salesforce tracks in the system and it's even more helpful that Salesforce has the ability to remind me and other people I am working with about timeline.
