It looks great. The customer service is great. Using Salesforce for volunteer management is the best way I have used Salesforce for non-profits. **What do you dislike about Agentforce Nonprofit (formerly Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud)?** The functionality leaves a lot to be desired. It's a complicated platform. There's many options in Salesforce, but it's difficult to find exactly what you're looking for without step by step instructions from someone who currently uses Salesforce. Using the software for client data leaves a lot to be desired. The functionality just isn't as smooth as one would expect. **What problems is Agentforce Nonprofit (formerly Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?** Inputting our client data into a computer system has made it easier to keep track of files for returning clients from even up to four years ago. Inputting volunteer information and keeping it organized in one place is great. It's also nice to have access to data from years past to see if the organization has an upward trajectory. ### 5. I also like the dashboard--it's easy to get the big picture in one glance. **What do you dislike about Agentforce Nonprofit (formerly Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud)?** I admittedly am not very tech savy. I think Salesforce takes a really long time to learn. I still have problems using it, thank goodness for tech savvy co-workers, **Recommendations to others considering Agentforce Nonprofit (formerly Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud):** We still haven't moved our donation mangement over to Salesforce. We use Donorperfect for donations and Salesforce for member data. We are waiting to move the donation records over to Salesforce till a few changes are made. I think Donorperfect is a little more user friendly than Salesforce for tracking conversations so that is another factor on why we haven't made the switch. **What problems is Agentforce Nonprofit (formerly Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?** We answer all of our customer problems via salesforce. We say if it's not in Salesforce it doesn't exist. This has really helped with goal tracking and finding out what behaviours need to happen to meet goals. ### 6. It is a sophisticated system with lots of features to customize your company needs. This system grows as your company grows. **What do you dislike about Agentforce Nonprofit (formerly Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud)?** It is more for sales data tracking than for nonprofit organizations. Some of the languages have to be modified to reflect it accordingly. Also, in order to create standard nonprofit reports like retention or attrition, it has to be created and customized which is time consuming and expensive. **Recommendations to others considering Agentforce Nonprofit (formerly Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud):** We were able to receive a grant from the Saleforce Foundation so it helped cut our cost in purchasing a CRM. It is important that the person who is using the system, provides accurate and consistent information. **What problems is Agentforce Nonprofit (formerly Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ability to track prospective donors, community leaders, and companies. It is a powerful CRM and includes a help function. **What do you dislike about Agentforce Nonprofit (formerly Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud)?** It's difficult to actually get as much use out of it as possible. Reporting is often dysfunctional. Not a very user friendly system. Very expensive to hire help on their end. Although they provide webinars and modules to help build out your CRM, much is irrelevant and talking to customer service is difficult. **Recommendations to others considering Agentforce Nonprofit (formerly Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud):** Consider if you have the capacity to administrate Salesforce.
