What do you like best about Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (formerly Interaction Studio)?

Very easy to integrate and use with an existing CMS. The ease of use enabled us to hit the ground running, find low hanging fruit and incrementally scale from there. Additionally, I find once the contract is signed with a supplier, all of a sudden it is harder and harder to reach customer service or your account manager. This is not the case with Evergage, they are always there to support and help in any way possible. Another plus is that Evergage also allows us to personalize emails in real-time, something many competitors were not able to do, at the time of our market scan. What do you dislike about Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (formerly Interaction Studio)?

At the beginning it was hard to understand how to build machine learning recipes, wasn't fully clear with the generic training. If you website does not have a strong taxonomy and meta data you have to play around a lot in the catalog and to build actions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not enough support or services to optimize campaigns/tools. Too expensive for what we were getting. They bought out our previous provider and in that process we lost the "management" part of the service.
