## Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) Reviews
 ### 1. Practical AI Automation That Streamlines Sales Inside Salesforce

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Souvik D. | Risk and compliance analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

What I like most about Agentforce Sales is how it combines AI automation with the Salesforce CRM ecosystem in a very practical way. It reduces manual work by automating tasks like lead follow-ups, call summaries, pipeline updates, and customer interaction tracking, which lets sales teams spend more time actually selling.

Another strong point is the centralized visibility it provides. Everything from leads and opportunities to customer history and analytics is available in one place, making the sales process more organized and easier to manage. The integration with Data Cloud and real-time insights also helps sales teams make better decisions.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

One thing I dislike about Agentforce sales is that the platform can feel overly complex, especially for new users. There are so many features, menus, and configuration options that it creates a steep learning curve and can slow adoption for teams that aren’t very technically experienced.

Another downside is pricing. The platform can become expensive as companies add more users, integrations, AI features, and customization. For small businesses, the overall cost can be difficult to justify.

I also think the AI capabilities are still evolving. Some users may feel the product is marketed more aggressively than its current maturity level.

**What problems is Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves problems related to manual CRM work, slow follow-ups, lead management, and repetitive sales tasks. In many organizations, sales teams spend too much time updating records, tracking customer interactions, assigning leads, and preparing reports instead of focusing on actual selling. Agentforce helps automate these processes using AI and workflow automation.

It also improves response time and decision-making by analyzing CRM data, prioritizing opportunities, and automatically suggesting next actions. Features like AI-driven lead routing, automated follow-ups, sales coaching, and customer interaction summaries reduce operational delays and improve productivity.

The biggest benefit is efficiency. Sales teams can focus more on customer relationships and closing deals instead of repetitive administrative work. Centralized CRM visibility and AI insights also make collaboration between teams easier and more organized.

 ### 2. Usable CRM with Integration Pros, Usability Cons

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan H. | Manager, Internal Onboarding and Solutions Enablement, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

I like that Agentforce Sales works and offers lots of options for different data input. There are a lot of integration options that are especially valuable. It serves as our essential source of truth for everything customer-based, and it's very helpful to integrate it with tools like Pendo and ChurnZero. This integration helps us pull customer data into Agentforce Sales and provides an accurate picture of a customer's usage.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

Agentforce Sales is not intuitive to use in any way. It takes a long time for our new staff to understand how it works if they've never used it before. And, the integration language that they use is confusing. And their knowledge base surrounding it is incomplete. Salesforce takes a long time to set up, and even when it's fully set up, there's still a lot of customization that needs to be done in order to make it even somewhat user-friendly. We basically use Salesforce because it is the best of the bad CRM software universe

**What problems is Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Agentforce Sales gives us a central place to store all of our customer information, including subscription data and payments, and integrates with tools like Pendo and ChurnZero to provide an accurate picture of customer usage.

 ### 3. Straightforward Exploration and Strong Integrations for Broad Data Tracking

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harsh S. | Senior Associate, Business Development, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

Good data tracking, with a broad range of use cases. It’s widely used across organisations, which makes it easier to pick up and use even when moving between different orgs on a sales team. Exploration is straightforward and easy. Integrates with all other applications and has decent intelligence but performance wise its quite average

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

Not very well optimized with artificial intelligence. The platform could be more compatible with agentic solutions. Having to log in multiple times within the same day is quite annoying, since it logs out again after a very short time. The cost is higher for the organisation, and its growth feels slow compared to newer CRM solutions launched in the market.

**What problems is Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead management has been really helpful for us, especially given the immense number of clients we handle and the overall volume of leads managed by the org. It helps us keep track of each lead more clearly and consistently. For cross-functional work, we can see updates on all tasks being done on the same lead by different teams, which makes it easier to stay aligned, keep proper track, and optimize solutions. Client-level ticket/SRF raising has also become easier with this, with less dependency on multiple platforms.

 ### 4. End-to-End Sales Visibility with Powerful Automation and Real-Time Reporting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abdul Kaiyum M. | Salesforce Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

Their core strength is end-to-end sales visibility. You can track lead capture, opportunity management, and deal closing all in one place. This makes it easier to monitor pipeline health, forecast revenue, and spot bottlenecks without needing multiple tools.

Automation capabilities are another big plus. Using tools like Flow and Process Builder, you can automate repetitive tasks such as lead assignment, sending emails, or updating records. This can significantly improve productivity and help reduce manual errors.

I also like the reporting and dashboarding features. Real-time reporting and customizable dashboards provide actionable insights, allowing sales teams to make quick, data-driven decisions.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

What I slightly dislike about Agentforce Sales is that it can take some time for users to fully adopt it, especially on teams that aren’t very tech-savvy. Even though the platform offers a lot of features, many users may stick to the basics at first unless they get proper training and guidance. Another small drawback is the mobile experience: it’s good overall, but it isn’t always as smooth as the desktop version for more complex tasks such as detailed reporting or configuration. That said, these issues are fairly minor, and with solid onboarding and good usage practices, they don’t meaningfully reduce the platform’s overall value.

**What problems is Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Agentforce Sales addresses the common problem of disconnected sales processes and scattered customer data by bringing everything into one centralized platform.

Before using it, key sales information—like leads, follow-ups, emails, and deal status—can end up spread across spreadsheets, inboxes, or multiple tools. Agentforce Sales pulls all of that together into a single source of truth, making it much easier to track every interaction and each stage of the sales cycle in one place.

It also reduces manual, repetitive work. With automation for things like lead assignment, follow-up reminders, and status updates, there’s less need for constant manual intervention. That saves time and lets me focus more on higher-value tasks, such as engaging with customers and closing deals.

Another major issue it helps solve is limited visibility into the sales pipeline. With real-time dashboards and reports, I can clearly see deal progress, team performance, and future revenue forecasts, which supports faster and better decision-making.

On top of that, it strengthens team collaboration and accountability. Because activities are logged and visible to everyone, it’s easier to coordinate with teammates and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

 ### 5. The End of CRM Data Entry: Autonomous Pipeline Management with Agentforce

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** jasjit s. | Technical Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

What I like best about Agentforce Sales is the transition from manual CRM management to autonomous sales support. By leveraging the power of Data Cloud, the platform provides AI agents that can proactively research leads and manage outreach. This 'Agent-first' approach, combined with Einstein's generative capabilities, has transformed Salesforce from a database into a proactive member of our sales team, significantly reducing administrative overhead

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

What I dislike most is the significant prerequisite of data maturity. To get any real value from Agentforce, you need a near-perfect Data Cloud implementation. Additionally, the technical learning curve for grounding and testing agents is steep, and the consumption-based pricing can make it difficult to predict long-term costs. It's a powerful tool, but the 'barrier to entry' in terms of both data quality and budget is quite high.

**What problems is Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By solving these problems, Agentforce provides three main benefits to the organization:

Velocity: Deals move through the stages faster because administrative bottlenecks are removed.

Consistency: Every lead gets the same high-quality, data-driven initial interaction from an autonomous agent.

Personalization at Scale: Reps can send 50 highly tailored, researched emails in the time it used to take to send five, because the AI handles the "heavy lifting" of the research and drafting.

 ### 6. Salesforce Agentforce: A 24/7 Digital Sales Partner That Accelerates the Sales Cycle

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam M. | Business partner, Pharmaceuticals, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

Salesforce Agentforce transforms the sales process by deploying autonomous agents that handle repetitive tasks like lead qualification and meeting scheduling with minimal human intervention. I love how it acts as a 24/7 digital sales partner, monitoring pipeline health and drafting personalized outreach emails so sellers can stay focused on closing deals. The deep integration with Data Cloud is a game-changer, allowing agents to pull real-time insights and external data to provide accurate, up-to-the-minute information during customer interactions. Ultimately, it shifts the CRM from a simple system of record to a system of action, significantly reducing administrative burdens and accelerating the entire sales cycle

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

While Agentforce offers impressive automation, I might find the initial setup and configuration quite complex, requiring significant time to properly define roles and guardrails for the agents. There is also a natural concern regarding data privacy and accuracy, as trusting an autonomous system to communicate directly with high-value prospects carries the risk of "hallucinations" or off-brand messaging. Additionally, the cost structure—often involving consumption-based pricing—can make it difficult to predict monthly expenses as usage scales. Finally, the shift toward AI-driven interactions can sometimes feel like it’s sacrificing the human touch, potentially making the sales process feel a bit more clinical and less relationship-driven

**What problems is Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Agentforce Sales removes the bottleneck of manual prospecting and data management by using autonomous agents to take over repetitive administrative work across the sales lifecycle. It addresses the issue of disconnected customer data by delivering a unified view, which helps me anticipate client needs before they’re even voiced. As a result, my productivity has increased significantly because I can focus on closing more complex deals while the AI handles early outreach and meeting scheduling. On top of that, the platform’s predictive analytics give me a clearer roadmap to hit targets, turning what used to feel like speculative sales efforts into a more streamlined, higher-conversion process.

 ### 7. Highly Customizable CRM Ecosystem with Powerful Reporting and AppExchange

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Himanshu I. | Salesforce Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

as a salesforce consultant i use salesforce to design , implement and optimize CRM solutions for client across sales, marketing and service domain, i like its high level of customization and flexiblity. salesforce allows me to design solutions based on specific business requirement using custom objects , workflows and automation tools. another major strength is its complex CRM ecosystem, covering sales , marketing , customer support , analytics, this makes it a one stop platform for customer lifecycles management, the AppExchange ecosystem is also very powerful, with thousand of integration available, making easy to connect salesfroce with other enterprise tools. i also appreciate the strong reporting and dashboards which provide real time insights into sales performance and customer data.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

the biggest challenge is the complexity of implementation, salesforce is not plug and play, it require proper planning, configuration and often a dedicated admin or consultant, the cost can be high , especially when you include licence, add ons and implementation expenses, there is also a steep learning curve, especially for new users or non technical teams, sometimes performance issues like slow loading or glitches can impact user experinece.

**What problems is Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it solves the problem of disconnected customer data and inefficient sales processes, before using salesforce, many organization manage leads, contact , and customer interaction across multiple tools,. which creates confusion and data inconsistency. with salesforce, all customer data in centralized in one platform, sales teams can track leads, opportunities and pipelines easily, marketing campaign and customer interactions are connected, workflow and processes are automated, this improves overall customer relationship management and operational efficiency. i am able to design tailored CRM solutions for client, improves client satisfaction through better automation and insights, opportunity to work on large scale enterprise implementation.

 ### 8. Agentforce turned our passive CRM into a proactive co-pilot

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jay P. | Associate Salesforce Consultant Intern, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

UI/UX: "The interface remains clean even with the new AI sidebars."

AI/Intelligence: "The lead scoring isn't just a number; it provides the 'why' behind the score."

Integrations: "The DocuSign integration within the AI workflow makes contract hygiene effortless."

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

The biggest hurdle is the initial setup and the sheer learning curve. The sales pitch makes it sound like you just turn Agentforce on and it immediately starts closing deals, but the reality is that the AI is entirely dependent on how clean your CRM data is. If your historical data is messy, the AI's insights and lead scoring are going to be completely off. It takes a significant amount of hand-holding, tweaking, and prompt-tuning before you can actually trust the AI to run autonomously without hallucinating or giving generic advice.

**What problems is Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Agentforce, coming back from a major event meant days of manual data entry just to get everything properly logged and assigned in the system. The biggest problem it solves for us is eliminating that administrative bottleneck. Now, the AI sales agent handles the heavy lifting of parsing, creating, and organizing massive lead lists almost instantly. The main benefit is our 'speed-to-lead'—instead of spending 48 hours doing CRM admin work, we are actively calling prospects while the event is still fresh in their minds.

 ### 9. Easy-to-Use Lightning Interface that works well for our Sales/BD Needs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yash W. | Senior Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

The reporting capabilities and object features in SF make it very handy for us. We can define the architecture for the types of records we want to save, and the flexibility of the platform is a big plus. The Lightning interface is also very easy to use. We’ve completed various internal integrations with SF, especially with our higher ed tools.

When it comes to SF support, they always notify us if any upgrades need to take place, and we haven’t experienced any downtime. Pricing is on the higher end, but it does what we need it for, so overall it’s a good tool for us.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

Bulk uploads have to be done using an APEX loader, which isn’t very user-friendly for all stakeholders, and that ends up increasing the ticket count. Also, some of the reports that are generated require a lot of hand-holding because it’s not always easy to understand what filters and logic are in place. Overall, the main issue for me is that a lot of user training is involved.

**What problems is Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’re able to accurately track our payments and incentives, along with measurable, trackable insights. Its reporting features have also helped us target the right marketing segment.

 ### 10. Best AI Sales Automation Tool for Modern Teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karansinh J. | Business Analysts , Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

Honestly, the best thing about Agentforce is that it actually gets reps out of the weeds. The UI / UX is surprisingly clean and intuitive, so your team doesn't feel like they're fighting another clunky tool just to get their work done. Because it’s a native tool, the integrations with your existing Salesforce data are completely seamless.
Performance-wise, it's snappy and pulls up account history without lagging. But the real game-changer is the AI / Intelligence. It isn't just running basic macros it actually understands the context of a deal, teeing up follow-ups that sound natural. While the cost isn't cheap, the Pricing / ROI really starts to make sense when you calculate the sheer hours of admin work it kills every week. Plus, if you actually lean on their Support / Onboarding team, getting it spun up and customized for your specific workflows is a lot less painful than you'd expect.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

They just need to do little work navigation part, and some UX side improvements, otherwise rest is good.

**What problems is Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ultimately, it solves the oldest problem in sales: reps spending more time doing data entry than actually selling. It stops leads from dying on the vine just because someone forgot to set a follow-up task. It’s definitely not going to replace your sales team, but it automates the grind so they can move faster, keep the pipeline clean, and hit quota without burning out.

 ### 11. From manual spreadsheets to automated sales intelligence

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shikhar M V. | GL Accountant (R2R), Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

The shift toward Agent force and more autonomous triggers has been a massive time-saver. Instead of manually updating lead statuses or logging every minor email, the system handles a lot of the 'grunt work' in the background. It allows the team to focus on actual strategy rather than just data entry, which keeps our CRM hygiene much cleaner than it used to be. The sheer flexibility of the platform is its biggest strength. Whether it’s custom objects for specific contract types or tailored dashboards for our leadership team, we can mold it to fit our specific workflow. It’s not a 'one size fits all' tool; it’s a platform that actually grows with our business logic

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

It sometimes feels like you can’t make even small workflow changes without involving a Salesforce Admin or a developer. Because the system is so interconnected, a minor tweak in one area can have ripple effects elsewhere. While the customization is a strength, it’s also a burden because it makes the system feel 'heavy.' I’d love to see more intuitive, self-service ways for power users to adjust their own views without needing a full-scale deployment.

**What problems is Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to struggle with a lack of communication between our sales and finance departments, leading to frequent errors during the contracting and billing phases. With Salesforce, we now have a shared view of customer contracts and history. This has resulted in a significant reduction in billing disputes and has streamlined our end-of-quarter reconciliation process. We've seen a noticeable decrease in the time it takes to finalize year-end reports because the sales data is already clean and accessible.

 ### 12. Intuitive CRM with Complex Setup

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pritkumar P. | Associate Salesforce Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

I like the low code no code functionality of Salesforce Sales Cloud where I can automate things just by dragging and dropping a few elements, and it's simple to use. It's a simple tool where I can use multiple elements to fetch records, create records, use decision elements, create variables, make a loop, and easily navigate through my whole scenario using the debug functionality in Flow Builder.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

There are lots and lots of settings in Salesforce Sales Cloud which can make it harder to set up and debug errors. Sometimes it’s only a checkbox that you might have forgotten to check. Also, the pricing of the clouds is quite expensive, making it unaffordable for small organizations. Better debugging tools are needed as current ones only provide simple debug logs without showing errors and reasons behind them.

**What problems is Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Salesforce Sales Cloud for CRM services, managing campaigns, accounts, contacts, opportunities, products, and leads. I like its low code functionality which lets me automate tasks easily with drag and drop in the flow builder.

 ### 13. User-Friendly and Continuously Improving CRM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristin W. | Licensed Insurance Agent, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

I like how Agentforce Sales is very user-friendly and that they are always updating it to make it even more user-friendly. It organizes how much I sell the policies and makes it easy to search and navigate by just clicking buttons. I'm pretty happy with it as I have no complaints whatsoever, and they are always improving. I also find the initial setup very easy.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

I don’t have any dislikes or concerns, and I really have no complaints. If anything does come up, it’s addressed quickly with a fix and/or an update.

**What problems is Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Agentforce Sales to track my sales and write policies, which makes it much easier to manage my insurance agency. It tracks my agents’ sales, quotes, and performance, so I can stay on top of everything in one place. It also integrates perfectly with my other platforms. It allows me to set goals- holding everyone accountable

 ### 14. Agentforce: Autonomous Digital Workforce Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aditi P. | HR Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

AI & UI/UX: Agentforce combines intuitive conversational interfaces with the Atlas Reasoning Engine to deliver autonomous, context-aware actions rather than static bot responses.

Integrations & Performance: Native Data Cloud connectivity enables real-time, high-performance execution across your entire tech stack without complex data movement.

Pricing & ROI: The shift to a consumption-based model ensures clear ROI by scaling your workforce 24/7 without increasing headcount.

Onboarding: Low-code tools and robust Salesforce support allow for rapid deployment, turning months of development into weeks of tangible value.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

Complexity: High barrier to entry; requires specialized expertise to configure the Atlas Reasoning Engine and Data Cloud effectively.

Performance: Potential latency in agent responses when integrating with legacy systems or complex data architectures.

Cost: Consumption-based pricing makes budget forecasting difficult and can lead to unexpected expenses.

Intelligence: Still requires significant human oversight to prevent AI "hallucinations" and ensure brand-safe outputs.

**What problems is Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Agentforce transforms your daily workflow by acting as an autonomous digital teammate that executes end-to-end tasks, such as resolving cases or qualifying leads, rather than just suggesting text. It leverages Data Cloud to provide you with instant, 360-degree customer insights, eliminating manual data gathering. By handling high-volume "toil" 24/7, it frees you to focus on high-value strategic work and complex relationship building.

 ### 15. Powerful AI Sales Automation, Though It Takes Time to Learn

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Srushtik S. | Student, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

What I like best about Agentforce Sales is its ability to automate repetitive sales tasks using AI, which saves a lot of time and improves productivity. The platform helps with things like lead qualification, follow-ups, and data entry, allowing me to focus more on actual decision-making and understanding customer needs.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

One thing I don’t like about Agentforce Sales is that it comes with a bit of a learning curve, especially for beginners. It offers a lot of features, but figuring out how everything works and setting it up correctly can take time, and it may sometimes require additional training to get comfortable with it.

**What problems is Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Agentforce Sales mainly solves the problem of manual, time-consuming sales processes, which has made my workflow much more efficient. Rather than spending so much time on repetitive tasks like data entry, follow-ups, and lead tracking, the platform uses automation and AI to take care of these activities in the background.

 ### 16. Good for small teams to manage sales leads

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohit N. | Software Developer, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

We use Agentforce Sales mainly to manage leads from our website and Instagram. Earlier we were handling everything on WhatsApp and Excel, which was messy and easy to miss follow-ups.

Now we create leads in one place and assign them to team members. We mostly use simple stages like New, Follow-up and Closed. Task reminders help us not miss any leads.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

One issue is that it takes some time to understand in the beginning. Setting up things like fields and stages was a bit confusing at first.

Some parts of the interface also feel a little complex for small teams, especially when trying to customize things.

Pricing can also feel a bit high if you start using more features, but for basic use it’s manageable.

**What problems is Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Earlier we were managing leads through Instagram DMs and Excel, so many times follow-ups were missed or delayed. Now we keep all leads in one place and update their status regularly. It’s easier to see who has been contacted and who needs follow-up. This has helped us respond faster and keep things more organized, especially when there are multiple inquiries at the same time.

 ### 17. AI-Driven Sales Automation with a Single Source of Customer Truth

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** vidhi T. | Sales Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

i am working as a sales engineer and using agentforce sales to support pre sales activities, manage technical discussions, and assist sales teams with solutions based selling, i like most is its AI driven automation across the sales cycles, it helps in handling repetitive tasks like lead qualification, follow ups and data updates automatically, the platform provides a single sources of truth of customer data, where i can see technical requirement, past interactions, and deal history in one place, this helps in preparing better solution for client, another strong features is AI powered insights and recommendation, it helps in identifying high value leads, suggesting next steps and even generating personalized outreach content, i also like how it integration with tools like slack and CRM workflow , allow me to work in the same environment without switching tools

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

overall its best but one challenge is the complexity of setup and configuration , especially when integrating with multiple systems or customizing workflows. ai features are powerful, but they sometimes require fine tunning and proper data quality to deliver accurate result, cost can also be a concern, especially when scaling ai features and add ons.. AI features , or integration , the overall pricing can increase quickly, making it difficult to control budget, especially for growing teams. another issue is the complexity and steep learning curve, the platform has many features, but setting up workflows, reports and AI agents requires time, training and often admin or technical support.

**What problems is Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it is a powerful platform. its solves the problem of manual , repetitive sales work and lack of teal time insights across the sales cycles, before using it a lot of time was spent on tasks like updating CRM data, qualifying leafs, sending follow ups and preparing for meetings, this reduces the time available for actual selling and customer interactions, with agentforce sales, AI agent automate these repetitive tasks, like lead qualification follow ups, scheduling and data entry so sales teams can focus more on closing deals , it also solves the issue of inefficient lead management ,the system can automatically capture, qualify and prioritize leads, helping build a stronger and more accurate sales pipelines, another problem it addresses is lack of personalized outreach at scale, AI can generate tailored emails and recommendations based on customer data, improving engagement and response rates.

 ### 18. Flexible CRM, Lacks Strong Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan S. | Business Operations Manager, Security and Investigations, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

I think Agentforce Sales is a good tool. It's been around forever and has kind of everything I need. The main thing I like about it is how flexible it is. It's very well thought through, and you can basically do anything you want in there. When we need to build some sort of automation or triggers, it's easy to lift up the hood and get things done. It has a lot of out-of-the-box features that make it usable from day one. The ability of Salesforce to adapt to whatever a business needs is a huge plus. You can integrate it with almost anything with native integrations, APIs, or whatever you need. It can really adapt to what you need as a business, regardless of the size. Additionally, it's the main prospect customer data storage area for us, which houses all our prospecting data, helps build reports, process deals, handle quotes, and even manage commissions.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

I think the main one is the support. It's not the greatest. It's such a big tool used all over the world, it is surprising sometimes how just the lack of response or just the basics. When people are reaching out to support, these people are usually admins or developers who've been doing Salesforce for a long time, even longer than the people responding. They know the tool and just get basic redundant questions. There's also the issue with enhancement requests; I had submitted one over twelve years ago that's still out there. You submit these requests, they get hundreds of upvotes, but it's not gonna be on the road map for Salesforce.

**What problems is Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Agentforce Sales stores and organizes all our prospecting data, helps build reports, and processes deals from creation to closure, acting as our source of truth.

 ### 19. Great tool for CRM

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Greg B. | Tech Support and Quality Assurance Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2021

**What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

Easy to use and very customizable. A lot of options that you can do to customize your dash boards and also integrate with other software such as Cirrus, Dialpad ect. Even has extension for support ticketing

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

Can sometimes have too many options and makes some things more difficult. If it goes down your kind of dead in the water and will not be able to access the information for your business. Also takes some specialized implementers who are all not implementing in the same way which can cause issues

**What problems is Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can see who I have sold to, tracking orders, tracking my customers and emails. I am able to track my calls and other interactions so that others in my company can see my conversations which speeds up productivity as well as make the customer experience better. Also able to use API for our mobile app to share some of that information in our product with our customers

 ### 20. Streamlined Sales Process, Slightly Overwhelming Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tyler M. | Digital Marketing Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

I use Agentforce Sales daily to manage my full pipeline—from new lead intake to closing deals—and what stands out most is how everything is centralized and organized in one place. I can track leads, manage opportunities through different stages, log calls/notes, and set follow-up tasks so nothing falls through the cracks.

The pipeline visibility and automation are probably the biggest wins for me. Being able to set reminders and task sequences after each interaction helps me stay consistent with follow-ups and move deals forward more efficiently. It’s made my sales process a lot more structured and predictable.

I also like the flexibility with integrations. I’m able to connect it with other tools I use, which helps keep my workflow streamlined instead of jumping between platforms all day.

From a performance standpoint, it handles a lot of data—contacts, deals, activities—without breaking the system, which is important when managing multiple opportunities at once.

In terms of pricing and ROI, it’s been worth it for me because it directly impacts my ability to stay organized and close deals. Having a clear pipeline and consistent follow-up process has helped improve conversion rates and overall efficiency.

Support and onboarding were also solid. I was able to get set up relatively quickly, and when I had questions, there were enough resources and support options to keep things moving without getting stuck.

Lastly, the AI and automation features have a lot of potential. Even just using basic automation for follow-ups and task creation has saved time, and there’s definitely room to expand into more advanced features as I continue to use the platform.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

At times, the platform feels more complex than I need, especially for a smaller team or a straightforward sales process. There are so many features, fields, and customization options that even simple tasks can end up taking longer than they should.

On the integrations side, it does connect with a lot of tools, but getting everything set up exactly the way you want can take time and may require extra configuration or support. It isn’t always as plug-and-play as I expected.

Performance can also be an issue occasionally. I’ve run into slow load times when switching between records or updating opportunities, which can disrupt my workflow on busy days.

When it comes to pricing and ROI, it can feel expensive depending on how much of the platform you’re actually using. If you’re not fully taking advantage of automations, reporting, and integrations, it can start to feel like overkill for the cost.

Support and onboarding are generally helpful, but the learning curve still feels steeper than it needs to be. More practical, real-world video tutorials or guided walkthroughs for common sales setups would make it easier to get up to speed faster.

Finally, while the AI and automation features are there, they can take time to configure properly and to fully trust. The functionality is powerful, but it’s not always immediately intuitive to implement in a day-to-day workflow.

**What problems is Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Agentforce Sales, I was juggling leads, follow-ups, and deal tracking across scattered notes, email threads, and my own memory, which made it far too easy for opportunities to slip through the cracks. Now everything is centralized in one system, and my sales process feels much more consistent, structured, and organized.

One of the biggest issues it solves for me is inconsistent follow-up. I rely on task automation and reminders after every call or interaction, so I always know the next step for each lead. That’s helped me respond faster and keep deals moving forward instead of letting them go cold.

It’s also improved visibility into my pipeline. I can quickly see where every opportunity stands, what stage it’s in, and what actions I need to take next. Having that clarity makes it easier to prioritize higher-value deals and manage multiple opportunities at the same time without losing track.

On the integrations side, connecting my other tools helps keep communication and lead data in sync. As a result, I’m not constantly switching between platforms or duplicating the same work in different places.

From a performance standpoint, it lets me handle a higher volume of leads and activities without missing details, which matters a lot when things get busy.

When I think about pricing and ROI, the main payoff is efficiency and a more consistent deal flow. By staying organized and improving follow-up, I’m able to close more deals and make my pipeline more predictable, which makes the investment feel justified.

Support and onboarding helped me get up and running quickly. There’s still a learning curve, but having access to those resources made it easier to build a workflow that fits the way I sell.

Finally, the AI and automation features are reducing manual work. Even basic automation for follow-ups and task creation has saved me time, and I can see potential to expand into more advanced AI features over time to optimize my workflow further.

 ### 21. A Powerful Sales Engine — Worth the Learning Curve

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Roberto d. | TI Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

Being able to predict which deals are most likely to close, and why, saves me a ton of time and helps me prioritize my pipeline more effectively. It genuinely feels like having an extra team member keeping an eye on the numbers for me.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

Honestly, the learning curve is pretty steep. When you first get in, the platform can feel overwhelming there are so many features, menus, and customization options that it's hard to know where to start. Also, the pricing can be a pain point.

**What problems is Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem it solves for me is keeping everything in one place. Before, we were juggling spreadsheets, emails, and separate tools just to track deals and customer interactions, and it created a lot of unnecessary chaos. Agentforce Sales has basically eliminated that.

What I appreciate most is the pipeline visibility: I can see exactly where every deal stands at any moment, which makes our weekly sales meetings much more productive and focused. The follow-up automation is also a big win—I’m no longer dropping the ball on leads because the system reminds me and even automates some of those touchpoints. And from a team alignment standpoint, everyone is working from the same data, so there’s less miscommunication between sales, marketing, and customer success.

 ### 22. Robust CRM with Extensive Capabilities

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dylan S. | Enterprise Account Development Representative, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

I like that Agentforce Sales is a very robust tool that has the most capabilities out of all the softwares I've used. It keeps track of everything and allows me to see a long history of each account's activity. Having a CRM like this lets us know how and when we last reached out to prospective clients, providing context on their sentiment towards us during the last contact. I also appreciate its ability to integrate with various software, helping to centralize our understanding of the business, and providing sales intelligence, which makes it a valuable tool.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

The user interface is not very pleasing to the eye. It's also very difficult to create reports without formal training.

**What problems is Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Agentforce Sales keeps all my client and partner data centralized, integrates seamlessly with other tools, and offers useful sales intelligence. It provides a comprehensive history of account activities, helping me maintain continuity and context in client relationships.

 ### 23. Real-Time AI Coaching and Automation That Turns Salesforce Into an Autonomous Partner

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alden R. | Client Finance Controller & CSR Council member, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

By grounding AI in your Data Cloud ecosystem, it provides real-time coaching and automation that actually understands your specific customer relationships.
Agentforce Sales stands out by transforming Salesforce from a static database into an active autonomous partner. Its AI agents handle the time-consuming "grind"—like qualifying leads and scheduling—so you can focus entirely on closing.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

The usage-based pricing can be unpredictable, and the loss of personal touch when delegating sensitive client outreach to autonomous agents remains a significant trust barrier.
The main drawbacks of Agentforce Sales are its high complexity and the steep cost of implementation, often requiring expensive specialists to integrate Data Cloud properly.

**What problems is Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform's real-time AI coaching also solves the skill gap problem, providing instant feedback to help you refine pitches on the fly. Ultimately, it benefits you by transforming the CRM from a mere tracking tool into a proactive partner that actively helps you hit your targets.
Agentforce Sales addresses the common problem of "seller burnout" by automating the repetitive administrative tasks that typically consume over 70% of a salesperson's day. By utilizing autonomous agents to handle lead qualification and meeting scheduling, it solves the issue of lead leakage, ensuring no prospect is ignored due to human bandwidth constraints. For you, this means a significant shift in focus toward high-value relationship building and strategic closing rather than data entry.

 ### 24. The power of Agentforce Sales

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mauricio Alexandre S. | Salesforce Architect, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

The way we can control the sales lifecycle, along with all the automations available in this cloud and more, makes the sales process very easy. The layouts are simple and flexible, so they can adapt to different journeys, and performance is a real key point: fast, straightforward, and reliable. All the information you need is accessible thanks to the different ways to bring data into Agentforce Sales, using API's for integration and Einstein capabilities to support recommendations plus Agentforce capabilities to use AI to coach and support sales teams.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

The forecasting functionality needs improvement, and the reports and dashboards need to be rethought. Sometimes the onboarding process doesn’t do enough to clearly present and explain the product’s real capabilities.

**What problems is Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Implementing Agentforce AI and connecting it with other clouds is a strong point, because it clearly shows how the ROI can be recovered and returned to us.

 ### 25. Flexible Sales Hub Enhanced with AI Automation and Smarter Insights

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kaleem A. | Software Developer, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

What I like about Agentforce Sales is how flexible and customizable it becomes once you spend some time with it. We were able to shape the entire sales process around our workflow instead of forcing the team to adapt the tool.
Things like pipelines, custom objects and automation (especially flows) have helped reduce a lot of manual work on our side. It's not instant, but once set up properly, it really pays off.
I also like the visibility it provides, having all leads, activities and deal stages in one place makes it much easier to track progress and avoid things slipping through the cracks. The reporting and dashboards are especially useful for getting a quick snapshot of performance without digging through data.
Overall, it feels less like a CRM and more like a central system for sales operations.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

The Ui can feel cluttered at times. There are a lot of options and configurations, which are powerful, but it sometimes makes simple tasks take more steps than expected.
Another challenge is that small changes require admin-level knowledge So if something needs to be adjusted quickly, it's not as straightforward as it should be. Also the setup and customization take time. It works really well once everything is in place but getting this require effort and some technical understanding, so it's not a beginner-friendly or play-and-plug solution.

**What problems is Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the main problem Agenforce Sales is solving for us is reducing manual work and guesswork in the sales process.
With the newer AI features, especially agent-based automation and AI-driven suggestions, a lot of repetitive tasks like follow-ups, data updates and even initial outreach are handled more intelligently. Instead of manually tracking everything, the system now suggests next steps and keeps things moving.
For our team, this means spending less time on admin work and more time focusing on actual conversation and closing deals. It also reduces the chances of missing leads or delays because the AI helps keep everything on track.

 ### 26. Highly Customizable, Easy-to-Implement Salesforce Sales Cloud with Responsive Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Muhammad O. | Salesforce Business Analyst, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

Salesforce Sales Cloud offers strong overall utility and is highly customizable. Right out of the box, it includes enough configuration options for a company to run its sales cycle smoothly, while still leaving room to tailor it further as needs evolve. It’s also straightforward to implement, and when we run into issues in Salesforce, we can quickly open a case; their customer support team responds and helps as soon as possible.

As a Salesforce Developer, I use Salesforce daily, and I find it very flexible—especially when it comes to integrating with external tools and products.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

One thing I’ve noticed is that the platform comes with a learning curve, especially if you’re new to Salesforce or CRM tools. At first, some of the more advanced features and AI capabilities can feel a bit overwhelming.

Customization and initial setup can also take time. For smaller teams in particular, it may come across as somewhat complex or heavy compared with simpler tools.

**What problems is Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Agentforce Sales helps address repetitive, time-consuming sales tasks. Rather than manually tracking leads, sending follow-ups, or constantly updating CRM data, I can rely on the AI agents to take care of many of these activities automatically, which makes the overall workflow feel smoother and more manageable.

 ### 27. AI Agents That Automate Sales Work and Keep CRM Insights Context-Aware

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rehan A. | Salesforce Developer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

What I like most about Salesforce Agentforce Sales is how it blends a traditional CRM with AI agents that genuinely help sales reps get real work done not just store information. Rather than spending time manually updating records, following up on leads, drafting emails, or putting together meeting notes, Agentforce can automate many of those tasks so reps can focus more on selling and building relationships. I also appreciate that it stays tightly connected to Salesforce data, which makes its recommendations more relevant, useful, and context-aware.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

What I dislike most about Agentforce Sales is that, even though it’s powerful, it can feel overly complex and expensive for smaller businesses. Getting everything set up—automation, feature customization, and making full use of the AI capabilities—often requires skilled admins or developers. On top of that, if your data quality isn’t strong, the AI output and the sales insights you get may not be very reliable.

**What problems is Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Agentforce Sales addresses common sales challenges such as excessive manual work, scattered customer data, slow follow-ups, and limited visibility into the pipeline. It helps me by automating repetitive tasks, keeping all customer information in one place, improving lead tracking, and providing AI-driven insights so I can make decisions faster and more accurately. Overall, this boosts productivity, supports better customer engagement, and increases my chances of closing deals.

 ### 28. Agentforce Sales Unifies Sales & Marketing with Powerful Automation and Real-Time Insights

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ayesha M. | Sales And Marketing Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

one issue is that the platform is complex and takes time to learn, new users may find it difficult without proper training , also customization and setup require technical knowledge, especially when aligning sales and marketing workflows, cost i also on the higher side, especially for small teams. sometime performance can be slow when handling large data or heavy customization and managing everything can require dedicated admin support.

**What problems is Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

well, before using this platform sales and marketing data were in differnt tools, which created confusion and poor lead tracking, agentforce solves this by centralizing all customer and campaign data in one system. it improves lead tracking, campaign performance analysis, and sales follow ups, it also reduces manual work through automation and improves collaboration between sales and marketing teams, overall it helps in generating better quality leads, improving conversion rate, and closing deals faster. now with agentforce, everything is available in one place leads, opportunities, campaign data and customer history, this helps in better tracking of the entire customer journey from lead generation to deal closure. it also improves lead conversion and targeting

It also has great UX and its easy to use and set-up. It also integrates with other tools in our tech stack to manage other areas as one. Plus AI features these days are especially to keep improving productivity.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

It can take a while to get your team set up and using it efficiently, even with all the integrations and AI features. Once you get the hang of it, though, it’s pretty easy to use.

**What problems is Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It essentially brings together all the sales work that would normally live across multiple tools and puts it into one place—a single source of truth, if you will. I only have to be in one place and look at a few dashboards to get all the metrics I need.

 ### 30. Powerful and Organized, but Cumbersome and Pricey for Smaller Teams

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** April W. | Sr. Manager, Customer Marketing and Project Delivery, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

Agentforce Sales has been incredibly helpful in keeping our records, customer data, and sales activity organized in one central place. One of its biggest strengths is how well it supports large organizations, along with the wide range of integrations available, which makes it easy to connect with the other tools we rely on.

That said, for a smaller organization like ours, it can sometimes feel a bit tedious because there are so many features and layers to navigate. Even so, it truly has everything we need, and it has been a very valuable system for keeping our data structured, accessible, and easy to manage across teams.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

One downside is that the platform can feel fairly cumbersome to use, especially for a smaller organization. With so many features, fields, and workflows, even simple tasks can sometimes take longer than they should. It’s clearly designed with large enterprises in mind, which can make day-to-day use feel more complex than necessary for leaner teams.

Cost is also a major consideration for a smaller organization, particularly when you start adding users, integrations, or advanced features. While the tool is very powerful, the pricing can be hard to justify at times given how much of the overall platform a smaller team realistically ends up using.

There’s also a learning curve for new users. Some processes feel less intuitive than they could be, which can slow adoption and create a need for additional internal training.

**What problems is Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Agentforce Sales has helped us address the challenge of keeping customer and prospect data centralized, accurate, and easy to access across both our Customer Success and Sales teams. Before using it, information could quickly become siloed between teams, which made it harder to track account history, pipeline activity, and ongoing customer relationships.

With a single shared source of truth for customer and prospect data, both teams can collaborate more effectively, maintain clearer visibility into account activity, and support smoother handoffs from sales to post-sale support.

This has been especially helpful for keeping our records organized, improving follow-up, and giving both teams stronger insight into customer needs and opportunities. Overall, it has supported more data-driven decision-making and helped us maintain stronger relationships throughout the full customer lifecycle.

 ### 31. Agentforce Sales Streamlines Repetitive Tasks and Keeps Everything in One Place

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ankit K. | Customer success manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

What I like most about Agentforce Sales is that it genuinely takes a lot of the boring, repetitive work off my plate. Tasks like updating data and keeping track of follow-ups don’t feel like such a headache anymore.

I also appreciate having everything in one place, because it makes a real difference day to day. I don’t have to jump between different tools just to see what’s happening with a lead or a deal. The insights are helpful as well, and they give me a clearer idea of what to do next. Overall, it makes the sales process feel much more manageable and a lot less messy.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

What I don’t like as much is that it can feel a bit overwhelming at first. There are a lot of features, so it takes time to understand how everything works, and the setup isn’t always straightforward.

It can also get expensive as you add more features or users, which might not suit smaller teams. Another downside is that the interface can feel cluttered at times, so finding what you need isn’t always quick or easy.

**What problems is Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What Agentforce Sales is really solving is the amount of manual, repetitive work in the sales process. Tasks like updating records, tracking leads, following up, and managing data used to take up a lot of time, but now much of that is automated.

It also helps keep everything organized in one place and provides a clear view of customer interactions. That makes it easier to understand what’s happening, what’s been done, and what still needs attention. The AI insights are useful as well, especially for deciding on the next step and prioritizing leads.

For me, the biggest benefit is the time savings, it lets me focus more on actual selling instead of admin work. Overall, it makes the process smoother and a bit more efficient.

 ### 34. A Control Tower for Your Revenue Engine—Optimizable, Scalable Sales

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andres S. | Programmatic Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

Agentforce Sales feels like a control tower for your entire revenue engine, everything important, nothing hidden.
I like that it forces you to think in systems, not just hustle harder.
When it’s set up right, it turns sales from guesswork into something you can actually optimize and scale.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

It can feel like overkill fast, too many fields, clicks, and setup just to do simple things.
I don’t like how it forces rigidity early, before you even know your real sales process.
And unless it’s cleaned up constantly, it turns into a bloated mess people avoid using.

**What problems is Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the chaos of scattered leads, deals, and follow-ups by putting everything in one place you can actually track.
That means you stop dropping opportunities and start seeing where deals are won or lost.
The benefit is simple, more control, better decisions, and a pipeline you can actually scale.

 ### 35. Automation-Driven Sales Efficiency with Superb Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Saket B. | Software Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

I enjoy how Agentforce Sales allows for efficient tracking of customers through automation. I like that it creates opportunity and contact records automatically when a potential customer is identified, saving us from manual calculations. I appreciate the integration of multiple communication channels like calls, chats, and emails, which helps sales teams collaborate effectively without setting up things separately. I find the feature to use sales email templates with placeholders instead of hard coding customer information very time-saving. The ability to route work based on sales agent knowledge while maintaining efficiency is great. I also like that the work can be routed to different sales agents based on availability and urgency.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

I think it would be great if we can somehow introduce a functionality to manually create voice call records for testing without needing to set up a contact center. Currently, I was working on a ticket where this feature was required, and I needed to connect with Salesforce help to get it figured.

**What problems is Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Agentforce Sales to automate lead tracking and opportunity creation, saving time and improving efficiency. With features like email templates and channel-based task routing, our team collaborates better across calls, chats, and emails.

 ### 36. Centralizes Sales Data and Automates the Pipeline with Powerful Reporting

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jose P. | Sales Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

What I appreciate most about Salesforce Sales Cloud is how seamlessly it centralizes all customer and sales information in one place. The platform makes it incredibly easy to track opportunities, manage accounts, and maintain full visibility across the entire sales pipeline.
Its automation capabilities—such as workflows, task reminders, and lead assignment rules—save a significant amount of time and help ensure nothing falls through the cracks. I also value the reporting and dashboard tools, which allow you to build real‑time, customizable insights that support better decision‑making.
Overall, it’s a powerful, flexible system that adapts well to different sales processes and helps teams stay organized and productive.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

The main drawback of Salesforce Sales Cloud is its complexity. While the platform is powerful, it can feel overwhelming for new users, and the learning curve is noticeably steep. Many basic tasks require navigating through multiple menus or understanding specific configuration settings, which can slow down adoption.
Additionally, customization—although one of Salesforce’s strengths—often requires admin expertise or developer support, making it harder for teams to make quick adjustments on their own. The cost can also become significant as you add more features, licenses, or integrations.

**What problems is Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesforce Sales Cloud helps solve several key challenges related to visibility, organization, and efficiency in the sales process. It centralizes all customer and opportunity data, which eliminates the need to manage information across multiple tools or spreadsheets. This makes it much easier to track interactions, follow up on leads, and maintain a complete history of each account.
The platform also improves team coordination by providing a single source of truth for pipeline status, forecasts, and ongoing activities. Automation features reduce manual work, ensuring that tasks, reminders, and approvals happen consistently and on time.
As a result, it helps us work more efficiently, make better‑informed decisions, and maintain stronger relationships with customers thanks to more structured and reliable processes.

 ### 37. A Single Pane of Glass for Sales: Broad Tools, Clear Status, and Strong Intelligence

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adrian K. | Regional Sales Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

I’d say the biggest ROI/value is the breadth of tools, plug-ins, and features that help track past and current customers and prospects, along with the ability to communicate status across the organization. This helps maximize performance and minimize unnecessary memos and meetings. The UI allows us to navigate seamlessly across tools and offerings in a single pane of glass. Add in the Intelligence and you've got a great tool to help run a sales organization.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

I don’t see any immediate fixes needed or anything that requires attention right now. The tool is great as is and you can get support ./ training to maximize ROI

**What problems is Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This helps solve the communication gap. Our team is spread out, and the go-to has usually been meetings and memos. When the data is clean, we’re able to find the answers ourselves.

 ### 38. Agentforce Sales: Transforming CRM into an AI Sales Engine

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vikas S. | Salesforce Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

1. Deep, real-time sales intelligence: Agentforce pulls insights from CRM data, calls, web signals, and third-party sources to give rich prospect intelligence.
2. Personalized outreach at scale: It can generate tailored, brand-consistent emails and messages for each prospect automatically.
3.End-to-end sales cycle automation: From prospecting → engagement → pipeline → closing, it supports the entire sales lifecycle in one place.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

1. One of the most complaints is pricing: Licensing + add-ons + AI features all stack up and advanced capabilities often cost extra.
2. Salesforce is famous for customization—but: It often requires technical expertise, workflows and automations can get complicated and poor setup can actually hurt productivity.

**What problems is Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

More time selling, less time typing
Higher productivity per rep
Less burnout from admin work
Faster response = higher conversion rates
No missed opportunities outside business hours

 ### 39. Powerful CRM for managing sales pipelines and customer relationships

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Moayad Y. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

what I like most about Salesforce Sales Cloud is how it centralizes all sales activities in one place. It makes it much easier to track leads, manage opportunities, and monitor the entire sales pipeline without losing important information. The reporting and dashboard features are especially useful because they provide clear insights into sales performance and help the team make better decisions.

I also appreciate the level of customization the platform offers. It allows businesses to tailor workflows, fields, and automation based on their specific sales process, which helps improve efficiency and collaboration across the team.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

One thing I dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud is that it can feel complex for new users. The platform has many features and customization options, which is great, but it can take time to learn and configure everything properly. New team members sometimes need training before they feel comfortable using it.

Another downside is that some advanced features and integrations can be expensive, especially for smaller teams or startups. However, once everything is set up correctly, the platform becomes very powerful and useful for managing the sales process.

**What problems is Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesforce Sales Cloud helps solve the problem of managing sales data across multiple tools and spreadsheets. Before using a CRM, it was difficult to keep track of leads, customer interactions, and the status of deals. Sales Cloud brings everything into one centralized platform, making it much easier to organize contacts, monitor opportunities, and follow the progress of the sales pipeline.

It also improves visibility for the entire team. Managers can quickly see performance metrics through dashboards and reports, which helps with forecasting and decision-making. For the sales team, task reminders and automation reduce manual work and ensure that follow-ups with prospects are not missed. Overall, it helps streamline the sales process, improve collaboration, and save time.

 ### 40. Atlas Reasoning Engine Makes Agentforce Sales Feel Like a Powerful Leap Forward

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maria B. | CRM Support Technician, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

I’ve spent a lot of time working within the ecosystem, and stepping into the Agentforce Sales era feels like a major pivot. The new “Atlas” reasoning engine is probably the most impressive piece, because it can actually work with unstructured data and draft outreach that doesn’t read like it was written by a robot. It’s a huge relief to have tools that can research a lead or summarize a thread without me having to build a dozen different flows just to make it happen.

That said, the platform is definitely getting more crowded. Between the constant rebranding and the added layers of AI architecture, it feels like there’s simply more to manage to keep everything running smoothly. The new credit-based pricing also adds another layer of stress, since you really have to watch how many “actions” your agents are taking so costs don’t spiral. It’s clearly a powerhouse for scaling, but you have to stay on your toes to keep up and master the new learning curve.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

The biggest headache for me is how “Frankenstein” the platform is starting to feel. Between the constant rebranding and the layers of new AI architecture being bolted onto legacy features, there’s a lot of unnecessary noise to sift through just to get basic work done. It’s becoming increasingly complex to manage overall, and the learning curve to stay on top of every new update is getting pretty steep.

I’m also finding the new consumption-based pricing really frustrating. Instead of simply managing seats, I now have to think about the cost of every “agent action,” which makes it much harder to forecast a monthly budget with any confidence. Even though the automation is powerful, the combination of limited pricing transparency and the platform’s sheer technical weight can make it feel like expensive overkill for projects that used to be much more straightforward.

**What problems is Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main issue this solves for me is moving away from rigid, manual automation. Rather than building complex flows for every small task, the autonomous agents can handle things like lead research and personalized outreach in a much more natural way. It saves me a huge amount of time on the admin side because the system can actually reason through the data instead of simply following a basic script.

The biggest benefit is that it feels like a force multiplier. It clears out the busywork so I can focus on higher-level strategy and on providing real value to stakeholders. Having everything integrated in one place also helps me keep context across what’s happening in other departments, which makes scaling operations a lot smoother.

 ### 41. Amazing Platform with Powerful Automation and Customization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

It’s an amazing platform that helps bring everything into one place, without making the workflow feel complicated. Most importantly, I like its automation features, which save a lot of manual effort—especially when managing multiple leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions. I also appreciate the customization options, because the team can adapt it to their own sales process instead of changing the way they work just to fit the software.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

For users who aren’t familiar with Salesforce products, it can feel a bit overwhelming at first. It offers a lot of features and customization options, so there’s definitely a learning curve before you get comfortable with it.

**What problems is Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has basically resolved the problem of manual work in the sales process. Earlier, the sales team was spending a lot of time updating CRM records, preparing meeting notes, tracking follow-ups, and managing spreadsheets instead of actually selling. But once we started using Agentforce, it automated those repetitive tasks, which helps save time and keeps the data more accurate.

 ### 42. A Digital Sales Teammate That Cuts Daily Workload

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chirodip L. | AI Engineer II, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

What I appreciate most about Agentforce Sales is that it genuinely reduces the day-to-day sales workload, rather than simply offering assistance.

It takes care of repetitive tasks such as follow-ups and routine updates, and since it’s tightly integrated with CRM data, the insights it provides feel relevant and easy to act on.

Overall, it comes across more like a digital sales teammate than just another tool in the stack.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

One downside of Agentforce Sales is that it can feel overly dependent on data quality—if your CRM data isn’t clean or well-structured, the outputs and automation lose effectiveness.

It can also be complex to set up and customize, especially for teams without strong Salesforce expertise.

Lastly, there’s a bit of a black-box effect with AI-driven actions, which can make it harder to fully trust or control certain decisions.

**What problems is Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves a ton of time. I don’t have to jump between tools or manually log everything—it’s all centralized and automated. I get a clear view of the pipeline, better insights on what to focus on, and can spend more time actually selling instead of doing admin work.

 ### 43. Improved Lead Management, Boosted ROI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** shayan k. | Salesforce Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

Salesforce Sales Cloud helps me organize and prioritize leads effectively, so I don’t miss important opportunities. It has also significantly improved my ROI and gives me real peace of mind when it comes to managing leads.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

I found the initial setup of Salesforce Sales Cloud pretty difficult. I ended up having to hire a Salesforce admin to handle automations, page layouts, and the opportunity and lead processes. For me, that really highlights the steep learning curve and how complex the configuration can be for new users who don’t have specialized knowledge.

**What problems is Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Salesforce Sales Cloud to stay focused on the most important leads, which has significantly increased my ROI and removed the stress of managing leads.

 ### 44. Agentforce Sales Keeps Leads Organized with Game-Changing Pipeline Visibility

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Wholesale | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

Honestly? The fact that it actually remembers everything so I don't have to!

The UI has gotten really clean — everything is where you'd expect it to be, and the dashboard feels intuitive once you get past the initial setup. Pipeline visibility is lowkey a game-changer.
The AI nudges are chef's kiss — it literally tells you which deals need attention before they go cold, like a smart co-worker who never takes a lunch break.
And the integrations? Seamlessly connects with Gmail, Slack, LinkedIn, and basically every tool we already use. No more copy-pasting between tabs — everything just talks to each other. In sales, that alone saves hours every week.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

Honestly? The fact that it actually remembers everything so I don't have to!
The UI is surprisingly clean and intuitive — once you get past the setup, navigating the dashboard feels natural. Everything is where you'd expect it to be, and the pipeline view gives you that satisfying 'I have my life together' feeling.
Performance-wise, it handles large datasets and heavy pipelines without breaking a sweat — reports load fast, the system stays snappy even when the whole team is logged in and working at the same time. No frustrating lag when you need things done quickly.
The AI features are where it really shines though. It nudges you with things like 'hey, this deal's going cold, maybe follow up?' — like having a really organized co-worker who never forgets anything and never takes a lunch break.
And the integrations are just chef's kiss — Gmail, Slack, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, you name it. Everything connects smoothly so there's zero copy-pasting between tabs. No more living in 5 different tools at once. It just... flows.
Basically it turns the chaos of sales into something that almost feels manageable. And in sales, 'almost manageable' is basically a miracle.

**What problems is Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Honestly, it's solving the one problem every sales team secretly struggles with — organized chaos.
Before this, our process was basically vibes and sticky notes. Spreadsheets everywhere, follow-ups forgotten, deals falling through the cracks because nobody updated anything. Classic sales team stuff.
Here's what actually changed for us:
No more 'wait, where's that lead?' — Everything lives in one place now. The whole team is finally on the same page without endless 'any updates?' emails.
AI doing the heavy thinking — It tells you which deals are worth chasing and which are going cold. We stopped guessing and started actually prioritizing the right opportunities.
Integrations saving hours weekly — Because it connects with every tool we use, there's zero manual data entry. Information flows automatically, which means the team spends time selling, not copy-pasting.
Forecasting that actually makes sense — We went from gut-feeling numbers to real data-backed forecasts. Management started planning instead of guessing. Big difference.
ROI is real once you're past onboarding — Yes the setup takes effort and the pricing stings a little, but once the automations are running? The time saved on admin work alone justifies the cost.
Basically it turned our team from 'we're trying our best' to 'we actually know what we're doing' — and that feeling alone? Worth it.

 ### 45. Powerful AI Automation and Customization with Clear Sales Pipeline Visibility

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** krishna y. | Marketing Platform Automation Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

What I like most about Agentforce Sales is its powerful AI-driven automation, strong customization options, and clear, end-to-end visibility into the sales pipeline. It enables sales teams to manage leads, opportunities, forecasting, and customer interactions more efficiently, while cutting down on manual work through intelligent automation and real-time insights.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

One thing I dislike about Agentforce Sales is that it can feel complex and overwhelming for new users because of its broad range of features and customization options. The platform also comes with a steep learning curve, and implementation or more advanced customization often requires technical expertise. On top of that, licensing, add-ons, and support costs can add up quickly and become expensive for smaller teams or organizations.

**What problems is Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Agentforce Sales helps address problems such as manual sales processes, scattered customer data, and inefficient lead tracking. It brings key information into one place, automates workflows, and offers AI-driven insights to support the sales team. As a result, it improves productivity, strengthens collaboration, and speeds up decision-making. Overall, it helps deliver better customer engagement while reducing manual effort throughout the sales and customer management process.

 ### 46. Streamlined Our Sales with All-in-One Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Esha G. | Salesforce Practice - Realtionship Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

I like how Agentforce Sales helps with customer 360 and actually performs actions for our customers instead of just answering questions. I appreciate the ability to manage campaigns to closed opportunities and future relationships with clients. It's great that everything we need can be done in one place, as we were struggling with multiple platforms before. I also find it helpful that it doesn't just capture and do prompts but also understands 'do not do' instructions.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

Creating an agent with voice- i want i should speak everything in any language be it hindi english or french and my agent would be 100% ready

**What problems is Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Agentforce Sales allows us to manage everything in one place, provides customer 360 insights, and performs actions for customers, streamlining our workflow.

 ### 47. Sales Cloud Delivers a 360° View and Streamlined Sales Cycle Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sonali T. | Salesforce Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

Sales Cloud provides a way to manage my entire sales cycle while giving me a 360-degree view. I also have access to the standard automations available, which helps keep things organized. On top of that, I can integrate email and marketing tools to support my workflow.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

The licensing cost can be high, and user training is required. If the number of users is high, the admin work and setup also need to be done properly.

**What problems is Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, people were using multiple data streams like Excel and emails. With this, you can integrate everything and get a complete view in one place. It avoids a lot of manual work related to lead generation and follow-ups. It’s also helpful for pipeline forecasting.

 ### 48. Streamlined Sales with Quick Quote Creation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nandan M. | Salesforce Business Analyst – Commercial Operations, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

I like how smooth the integrations and the whole process are in Salesforce Sales Cloud. The recent feature of Agentforce for auto quote creation is crazy, reducing the quote creation process from 72 clicks taking 3-4 minutes to just 5-10 seconds, which greatly boosts productivity. Our integration with SAP for invoices works really well. The initial setup of Salesforce Sales Cloud was convenient, and we've received very positive feedback from users. I appreciate how sophisticated the platform is, especially after acquiring multiple companies—it makes data migration much easier.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

While on call and converting a lead at the same time, the call gets dropped.

**What problems is Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesforce Sales Cloud streamlined our sales process, improved integration with SAP for invoices, and made quote creation faster, boosting productivity. It resolved issues with our old platform like lag and manual tasks, with much smoother sales forecasting.

 ### 49. Seamless Communication, But Setup Challenges

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nina M. | WLA Account manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

Agentforce Sales is very easy to work with and offers a lot of different aspects. I use it for sending information, keeping some of our CRM information, and using it for communication throughout our team. It helps solve issues with space and getting files and information on accounts to other individuals on my team, and it works seamlessly.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

There have been additions through the American Red Cross on adding certain things and that's taken a while. There have been times where it was unable to utilize it because of the employer not having these things available. And then once certain additions were made, then it was much easier to use. We encountered a lot of challenges as we were trying to learn the system. It did take about a month or a month and a half to really get to utilize it properly.

**What problems is Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Agentforce Sales helps with space issues and sharing account info with my team seamlessly. It's easy to use for sending information, storing CRM data, and communication.

 ### 50. Powerful Integrations, Steep Learning Curve

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vipul Y. | Software Engineer Intern, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

I like the powerful API and integration capabilities of Agentforce Sales, which allow me to create smooth data connections between Salesforce and our internal systems. The API is dependable, well-versioned, and comes with great developer documentation that reduces our integration development time significantly. It's highly customizable, letting us tailor the CRM to accurately fit our unique sales process. I also appreciate the nice dashboards and reporting functions, which make accessing data easy without needing engineering approval. The enterprise-grade security ensures that we handle sensitive customer data securely, with features like a detailed permission model, IP restrictions, and thorough audit logs, providing compliance and peace of mind.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

It's a bit expensive and hard to set up. The pricing is probably the biggest pain point because it's complex and expensive. There's a steep learning curve as Salesforce is powerful, but with significant complexity. The Lightning UI can feel sluggish at times, especially with a complex layout or large datasets. The flexibility, while great, leads to over-complicated configuration, with overlapping features like Flows, Process Builder, Apex Triggers, and Workflow Rules. Also, unless you're on a premium support tier, getting timely help can be slow and frustrating.

**What problems is Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Agentforce Sales solves lack of pipeline visibility, manual follow-up tracking, and integration issues. It also supports scaling sales operations.
