These easy to see dashboard/report kind of tools help in assessing a patient's risk level at a glance. I had previously worked on a custom solution for a Patient Onboarding and Adherence for a Big Pharma company - we had to do a lot of custom work to get what we desired but with health cloud more than 70 % of what is required is built in as a standard. The care plan templates can be better, they can do better mapping to Problem/Goal vs time scale. I would say some of the features are obsolete or not valid in a health case scenario however that is what you get when the software wants to be a jack of all trades instead of specializing in one - but in the context of heath cloud it actually works well in it's favor. I would say most of the smaller dislikes I had like the association between a pharmacy and physician and the benefits investigation module have already been fixed.
