Its been the best tool to use. I probably cannot highlight any drawbacks of it as of now. Managing cutomers and their data have been all challeging before using salesforce. Now, pretty good in managing them. ### 2. Also the reporting function is always helpful for forecasting. Finally the ability to email right from the app is time saving **What do you dislike about Salesforce Government Cloud?** There are too many options sometimes when it comes to qualifying leads and closing deals. It's as if some of the new features are geared towards marketing and not sales **What problems is Salesforce Government Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Salesforce is our only CRM so it's allowing us to keep all interested leads, accounts and deals organized and quickly accessible for all account managers in each territory ### 3. It helps in covering different departments under the government as well such as federal, finance, defence etc. However it's easy to use nature, fast customer support and highly secure platform makes it great to use. **What do you dislike about Salesforce Government Cloud?** There is no free trial available, However this is not a major issue but makes it tough for people as they have to approach SF support first and then take demo and decision to move forward it is a time consuming process. **What problems is Salesforce Government Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Government cloud helps us to involve technology into government operations and deliver things with more impact. It removes the gap between innovating improved processes and cost management and improving the government IT system. It also helps providing greater value to the customer in less time. ### 4. The cloud secures the data in the most efficient way. **What do you dislike about Salesforce Government Cloud?** There may or may not be many downsides, I used it just as a user and I had no other permissions other than to view, I can't comment on the downside as I haven't explored the full potential. **What problems is Salesforce Government Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Generating and securing digital signatures for the users, maintaining records, and communicating with the system. Maintaining a secured database and assuring that data is safe with them. ### 5. The search feature is a great tool to make finding what you need super quick and efficient. I love the way each section has several different tabs for easy navigation **What do you dislike about Salesforce Government Cloud?** the only negative i may have about this system is that when searching you need to be sure to click the search all button. Once you click that button you will be searching all the sections however, if you dont know to do it, you could be missing information. **Recommendations to others considering Salesforce Government Cloud:** Salesforce is a great tool to keep everyone connected and on the same page. With hundreds of remote employees, this system has worked great for us. **What problems is Salesforce Government Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Salesforce is a great to for us to keep the entire company on the same page, each partner has their own tab which list specific state licensing, which can be accessed by each person who needs it. We also keep an exclusionary list of 3rd party vendors who cannot be used or who need additional review. Its a great system for keeping everyone on the same page. ### 8.
