Even though I was not involved directly in the initial setup, the setup process appeared very smooth, contributing to a seamless transition when we first started using it. I appreciate how Salesforce Sales Cloud seamlessly integrates various aspects of our sales process, such as logging calls, managing advisor profiles, creating client profiles, and tracking sales opportunities from inception to completion. This integration is invaluable to me and makes Salesforce Sales Cloud an indispensable tool in my daily work. I also find the software relatively easy to learn, thanks to the training provided at my workplace and the fact that it was well set up when I started using it. The ability to link the illustration software, DesignIt, directly with Salesforce enhances our workflow by allowing easy access and modification of client illustrations. Furthermore, the feature that stands out most is its ability to sync the entire sales process, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. The cohesive structure and functionality make it an essential component of my work, and I would personally consider purchasing it if my company did not already provide it.

In addition, our solution manages meeting space at the hotel from contract to event delivery.  Being able to build objects quickly, and then rely on Salesforce's built in capabilities for reporting, workflow management (and all of the other Salesforce capabilities) allows Amadeus to focus on delivering the specific capabilities that hotels need and want.

I really like how easy it is to create reports and dashboards to generate insights for other executives on my team as well as individual contributors. Also, I've been really enjoying using AgentForce to create various agents that take care of some of our routine actions.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

I think Salesforce tries to do too much within the infrastructure, and where we really run into issues is the SQL query limits. It would be nice if we could expand that beyond 50,001 line rows and really enable larger querying capabilities.

I use Salesforce Sales Cloud to manage my opportunities and accounts, ensuring follow-ups with customers and keeping everyone updated. It helps gather information collaboratively, track support cases, use Chatter for status updates, and provide real-time updates to customers.

I have been using Salesforce Sales Cloud for sixteen years as our CRM, and it has incredibly supported our customer information management. I appreciate the smooth installation and onboarding experience, which was excellently supported by Salesforce. The onboarding process stands out as one of the best. Additionally, Salesforce Sales Cloud effectively addresses our data management challenges by providing quick access and a unified platform for emails, law cases, contracts, and logging other relevant information, centralizing everything efficiently. The integration capabilities with Zoom significantly add to its convenience, making the entire experience more efficient and streamlined for communication. I'm happy with the overall Salesforce experience, which reflects positively in considering repurchasing and recommending the product.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

The customer support service is slow, taking up to four days to resolve issues. This delays critical resolution processes. Would appreciate better pricing or discounts, which would make the service more appealing and justify continued use. believe there's room for improvement in service retention that could enhance the overall experience.

I find Salesforce Sales Cloud solves data management issues, provides quick data accessibility, and serves as a unified platform for emails, law cases, and contracts. It offers convenience through Zoom integration and enhances communication, helping our organization streamline processes effectively.
