What do you like best?
Salesforce Essentials is straightforward and simple to set up, import contacts, and include clients when required. What do you dislike?

What do you like best?
The thing I like best about Salesforce is the ability to manage the data and plug in raw data and have metrics that can help identify trends and growth opportunities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike?
Salesforce essentials lack key functions like quoting, custom opportunities tab, ability to configure home page to see most used widgets and create reports that have meaningful data.
The worse thing about keeping opportunities in Salesforce Essentials is that you can't have SKUs or products, thus you're unable to link a dollar value associated with the product/service to your opportunity. Once you close win an opportunity, you can't convert that opportunity over to a sales quote or invoice either so it's just sitting in a closed win scenario, forever.
