**What do you like best about Agentforce Energy and Utilities (formerly Salesforce Energy and Utilities Cloud)?**

Very seamless transition from other similar softwares which made it easy for everyone to wrap their heads around, with a few added features that sweetened the deal.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Energy and Utilities (formerly Salesforce Energy and Utilities Cloud)?**

There are a few features other softwares have that this one would benefit from but overall I don't have any real complaints. The price could always be better, but I feel there's sufficient value.

**What problems is Agentforce Energy and Utilities (formerly Salesforce Energy and Utilities Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The customer management is pretty flawless and the overall navigation is incredibly helpful. It made our jobs a lot more efficient which is great for profits and great news for everyone involved
