What do you dislike about Salesforce Backup & Recover?

Customer service. I wish it was more interactive like the other Salesforce tool. Live agent or on call support engineer keeps it more engaged and to build stronger connections Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Own makes it easy for us to back up our data. After initial setup it feels like there's very little you need to do. The backups are easy to access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
