What I appreciate most is the ability to compare backups and easily identify what might be missing. The best part is its not only data but the meta data too. So it is useful for the business users and also for the development team. Each step along the way, the interface presents the good and the "issues" that you might be facing. You can identify problems - whether related to login or permissions - quickly and address most with relative ease. The dashboard, the updates, the reports are all top notch! **What do you dislike about Salesforce Backup & Recover?** I have not experienced much that I dislike about OwnBackup. Tracing issues with permissions take time, as can making bulk updates to the related profile for the automated user. **What problems is Salesforce Backup & Recover solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prior to OwnBackup, our backup/recovery/restoration process involved the standard Salesforce Data Extracts on a weekly basis. This is incredibly inefficient, as I am sure folks know! Our first order of business with OwnBackup was to establish the regular backup cadence to address that need. We have been able to expand our use of sandboxes by using sandbox seeding, to ensure our 3rd party vendor has applicable information without compromising our customer information! We also leverage the Own Data Archiving app, which helps manage the large volume of emails we receive.
