lacking some operations that needed to be performed in a timely manner,As robust as the front end is the back-end requires a lot of development and legwork. With the vast array of features it can be overwhelming trying to clean up the front end UI to be aesthetically pleasing and comfortable for the end user to navigate. Even though this is a lightning module there is a good amount of administrator tasks that require you to be in classic mode to configure. 1. Smart sensing - It automatically senses my needs according to my searches and shows me the exact product that can make my life easier. But still my data is secured and not shared with any other third party.

2. Easy to use - The platform is easy to use as compared to other such platform. And it's easy to navigate through the application on our own and if we still have some issue with the application, there is a huge and quick responsive community to help me out. 5 star thing

What do you like best?

The SalesForce offers a very rich catalog of features which make it difficult to organize and find when we need them. Also, there are several inconsistencies in the layout while running them. The desktop of the software is very easy to navigate, understand the different menu labels. Create accounts, budgets and follow actions in order to validate a sale. Create and browse the whole catalog available to offer to the accounts created. Prepare proposals to other companies that asked for our products and offers in order to release. So far I like everything. I up to the challenge of the customized the menu labels and the output budgets and invoices but I can handle this small stuff outside the software, until I learned it. What do you like best?

It can be used for various tasks within the B2C eCommerce department, such as an aid for advertisements, coupons, content, fulfillment, social media, email, sales tracking and more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

With large profit margins, our company is able to afford the large license fee. We are a niche business, but launching this platform has allowed the 3 companies to be combined under one platform making salesforce more useful and affordable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

With Salesforce being stored/held within the cloud, this platform can survive large demand and business spikes without our team having to predict and plan ahead of time.
