Filters can be applied to search results. **What do you dislike about Salesforce Appexchange?** It can be overwhelming and tricky to use for new users. Sometimes accurate key words are required to get some particular results. There are much cheaper alternatives out there. **Recommendations to others considering Salesforce Appexchange:** If you have the budget for KonaSearch, it's a great service and makes running a business easier. With that said, there are cheaper alternatives out there, but you may miss out on things like ease of use and productivity.
