Because it's designed to be such a customizable product, it can get a little clunky when our enablement team doesn't think through a click path or route we are going to need to take.

One source of truth for twelve companies. I can easily see how a prospect has interacted with our teams and if there is any miscommunications we can quickly identify the source.

It tracks all our leads throughout the customer life cycle, so we can track the progress for everything from when they start to when they leave. It also helps us determine the fall-off reason if that’s the case.

It can feel like a lot at first when you’re trying to find what you’re looking for, but once it’s set up the way you like, it’s no longer an issue. It can do anything you need it to do.

Being able to access data, trigger Apex and flows, and then format it in a specific response format is really helpful. It offers a quick and easy solution to help customers with their questions, which helps drive customer satisfaction.

Development can be not intuitive for new developers, making it harder to teach others how to use it. Also, there have been issues with the Salesforce Agentforce creating the script with errors. Initially turning it on is easy, but building one was much harder to understand the steps.

**What do you like best about Salesforce Agentforce?**

I use Salesforce Agentforce to automate tasks like booking tables, conference rooms, or providing customer support. I find the actions available in the agent very simple to operate. It's also more reliable and way easier to use, with tasks becoming very simple and requiring fewer steps to get the response I need. The initial setup of Salesforce Agentforce was straightforward; naming the agent and providing the instructions and actions made it ready to use. I also like that it integrates with payment platforms to automate payments for bookings. I recently switched to Salesforce Agentforce from Zoho because of these benefits, and I would easily rate it 10 out of 10.

Sometimes we require manual support too. For example, if I want to get specific details like what are the beneficiaries we will get in booking the room, what are the services included, what are the packages included. So sometimes we need instead of bot, we need human interaction. So this is the point which is lacking in Agentforce.

I use Salesforce Agentforce to automate tasks like booking a table or conference room, simplifying my workflow. It allows me to prompt the agent for available options, making processes faster and more efficient.

Sometimes it's too complex, because it requires a huge learning curve and that' can be overwhielming for new users, it's like the behemoth of the CRMS but once you got it, you got it.

Perhaps the languages that are very few and with Spanish usually have problems because there are many ways to say something depending on the Spanish-speaking country.

Biggest drawback: implementation complexity and governance overhead it requires tight data hygiene, well-defined flows, and careful permissioning, or outputs degrade quickly.

Second: cost + ecosystem lock-in, since meaningful value depends on layering multiple Salesforce products (Data Cloud, Flow, MuleSoft), which increases spend and reduces portability.

Being able to access core Salesforce data and run different actions is incredibly valuable, especially since this is part of Salesforce, so I don't have to worry about any additional integration. The initial setup was very straightforward; it was all point and click without any coding needed, which made the process go very well.

I think the ability to access external data is something that could be improved. I would want a better integration so we can bring external data into Salesforce and have it be consistent.

I like how Salesforce Agentforce solves for some of the tedious admin work. It's pretty neat how it can create components and gather information just through prompts. The agent builder is also pretty useful to see in case it can help with, like, our sales team or support team. I found the initial setup pretty easy. Even though it's not set up in our internal organization yet, just from playing in sandboxes, it was pretty easy to set up.

A lot of MCPs are available, and Agent Force has an OOB feature to connect to them. It can act as an MCP client to connect to other MCPs, and all usage logs are available. Agent Force user usage.

It’s expensive, and when I tried to test the features in the sandbox, I ran into missing license access. Having the license available in the sandbox, along with more helpful documentation that uses the most up-to-date naming conventions, would make it easier to explore MKEW.

I enjoyed Salesforce Agentforce primarily because of the flexibility. I like how everything aligns and the flexibility behind what it can do. I think it can be especially helpful for our donors in our nonprofit organization. The setup seemed pretty straightforward from the demo I attended, just getting the license and turning it on.

It might be a little complicated for non-technical users to build agents. There could be some difficulty for someone who's an admin in Salesforce to jump into it. Also, the cost factor of extra licenses is a drawback, especially for a nonprofit.

More enhanced system and we had new features that was added by our Asmin and it is a great help. I can say that salesforce is really evolving in terms of the Technology. Huge help in the business and to employees to manage the task specially the case management side.

I can't think of any feature as of now since I am superb loving it. It is really awesome. It make our lives easier. I will make sure to update my review of in any case I find something that needs to improve

I like Salesforce Agentforce because it's easy to set up and extremely easy to maintain. It's a valuable tool for us because anyone in the organization can easily set up an agent, and it helps automate processes that are currently manual.

One of the challenges is when you're building an agent, there are different pieces in different parts of the Salesforce ecosystem, which can be a little tough at first. Having some navigation would help. Also, the initial setup was a little difficult.

Many things depend on having Data 360. I would like to leverage what I already have in my org. I have already a lot of files in my org, but some RAG functionality only works on files ingested in Data Cloud.

I use Salesforce Agentforce to automate processes and reduce manual work. It identifies spam and automatically closes cases from email-to-case. It's easy to use and helps me solve problems faster without complex code.

I use Salesforce Agentforce to help build code within Salesforce, and it works wonderfully. It really solves the issue with time for me because I spend a lot of time building code and Apex tests, and Agentforce helps speed that up. I like the seamlessness and ease of use the most. The easier something is, the better it is for me. The initial setup was very easy.

I think the hallucinations could be improved. Fake or made up data the AI returns.

**What do you like best about Salesforce Agentforce?**

I use Salesforce Agentforce for everyday tasks in my Salesforce organization. I love that it notifies me of appointments lined up by the scheduler and helps me find records for quick access. The prompt builder and backend processing being displayed on the UI are great features. When I run a print on Agentforce, it displays the debug level of the process, showing actions and instructions accessed along with variables. Seeing the debug in detail makes building and correcting the agent build easier. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy due to the adequate documentation on the execution steps. I'd give it a recommendation score of 10 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?**

The feature that doesn’t work well with me is vibes coding but I’m trying to get a hang of it and learn more. Sometimes certain implementations are over complicated if you try to build it with vibes. It gives too much information or over complicated the implements in terms of apex. This makes the developer to focus and pay minute detailed attention.

Furthermore, since the platform is so closely tied to the Salesforce ecosystem, teams that don’t already use Salesforce may find it difficult to adopt. I am interested in the Slack partnership and workflows, as they seem to have a lot of potential. I like the idea of Salesforce opportunity updates and account hierarchy logic setup being automated. Additionally, the potential for calendar setup and Gong automations with Salesforce Agentforce catches my attention.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?**

I have heard it is not as deterministic due to the generative AI nature, the room for hallucinations is a concern and could impact the end customer experiences with adhering to company policies.

**What problems is Salesforce Agentforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesforce Agentforce might make data updates easy, accurate, and consistent. It could assist with customer churn, market strategies, and B2B growth.

**What do you like best about Salesforce Agentforce?**

I like the ease of use to build agents using the templates and ability to customize depending on the functionality that you desire for it to do. I also like the ability to use Agentforce for managing the org itself.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?**

I don’t like that it is very easy to fail if you don’t have the appropriate safe guards around what you want it to do. You have to think of every scenario and be very specific in order to work effectively. There is also a lot of pre-work required before turning on Agentforce before the org. I also don’t like the consumption of credits for every response. It should be part of the package.

**What problems is Salesforce Agentforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Exploring the ability to use Service Agents to help optimize productivity for customer service teams and also provide reportable analytics to recognize customer sentiment.
