## Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud) Reviews
 ### 1. Powerful Email Marketing and Automation with Some Quirks

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tony M. | CRM Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

Multi-featured email marketing system that includes content management, integration with Salesforce Sales Cloud, and configurable automation. We highly utilize email Journey's to setup campaign's containing multiple emails with business logic for segmentation and personalization. We use this tool often and partner between our Marketing and IT staff to get the most out of it. Customer Support is good with their Enterprise plan. Bulk email is very reliable. We also use a postal mail plug-in from PFL (Printing For Less) enabling email and direct postal mail marketing from a single journey.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

The software is quirky. Not as easy to use as I would like. It groups functionality into various "studios" (like email studio, mobile studio, web studio, automation studio, etc.) with little commonality in the UI among them. Some functions (like Automation Studio) require some technical expertise (like SQL programming) to get the most out of them. In When adding logic to Journeys (e.g. Decision Splits) you have to be careful to specifically account for blank fields similar to the way you handle null fields in SQL. Sometimes sessions hang and I have to log out and log back in to continue working.

**What problems is Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bulk email marketing with personalization and automation. Direct integration with Agentforce Sales.

 ### 2. Salesforce Marketing Cloud + Agentforce: Powerful AI That Streamlines Campaigns

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amber S. | Campus Manager of Marketing and Sales, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

As a Senior Email Developer, I’ve worked with a variety of marketing platforms throughout my career, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud has consistently been one of the most powerful and reliable tools I’ve used. With the addition of Agentforce Marketing, the platform has become even more valuable by helping streamline tasks that would normally require significant time and effort.

What I appreciate most is how Agentforce assists with content creation, audience strategy, and campaign optimization while still allowing me to maintain control over the final customer experience. It helps accelerate the planning and execution process, which allows me to focus more on strategy, testing, and creating engaging customer journeys.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud’s robust segmentation, automation, and personalization capabilities make it easy to deliver relevant messaging to the right audience. As someone who develops and manages email campaigns daily, I also value how well the platform integrates data and customer insights to create more meaningful interactions across channels.

The combination of Marketing Cloud and Agentforce has helped improve efficiency, spark new ideas, and support better marketing outcomes. It’s exciting to see AI being used in a way that genuinely enhances the work marketers do every day rather than replacing it. I would highly recommend Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Agentforce Marketing to any organization looking to create more personalized customer experiences and empower their marketing teams to work smarter.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

With every platform there are glitches that can happen at random so that’s the only fault.

**What problems is Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Agentforce Marketing helps solve several challenges that marketers face every day, including managing large amounts of customer data, creating personalized content at scale, and finding ways to work more efficiently without sacrificing quality. As a Senior Email Developer, I often work with complex customer journeys, audience segmentation, and campaign execution timelines. Agentforce helps simplify many of these processes by providing AI-powered assistance that can accelerate content creation, campaign planning, and audience insights.

One of the biggest benefits for me is the time savings. Tasks that traditionally required extensive research, brainstorming, or manual effort can now be completed more quickly, allowing me to focus on strategy, testing, and optimizing the customer experience. Agentforce also helps uncover insights from customer data that may have otherwise been overlooked, leading to more informed marketing decisions.

Another challenge it addresses is personalization at scale. Delivering relevant content to different audience segments can be difficult, especially when managing multiple campaigns simultaneously. Agentforce helps make personalization more accessible and efficient, which can improve customer engagement and campaign performance.

Overall, Agentforce Marketing is helping bridge the gap between data, creativity, and execution. It allows me to work more productively, make better use of customer insights, and deliver more impactful marketing campaigns while reducing the manual effort required to get there.

 ### 3. Robust Marketing Automation with Some Setup Challenges

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelly H. | Senior Demand Generation Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

I really like the API integration capabilities and customization of the data structures in Agentforce Marketing. The journey builder experience and interface are particularly impressive; it's fast and reliable, and our staff learned it quickly. They can handle complex structures easily through a visual interface, which makes explaining what's happening to non-marketers much easier. The move from Acoustic to Agentforce Marketing was worthwhile because it's more robust and easy to use, with more features and integration options. The SQL query capabilities are cleaner and more advanced, assisting with auditing. Additionally, Marketing Cloud with Shield helps us stay compliant more easily.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

Setting up a journey is very disjointed and clunky. It has a lot of points of failure, which means testing is extensive and complex. Streamlining the automations, data creation, content creation, and journey programming into one process in one tab would reduce clicks.

**What problems is Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Agentforce Marketing facilitates our marketing automation and intelligence, offering more robust features and integration options. Its SQL query capabilities aid in auditing and compliance, making processes easier.

 ### 4. Super Intuitive, Powerful Marketing Automation

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

I use Agentforce Marketing on a daily basis to run complex automations and journeys, and segment customers to ensure everyone's getting the right message. The platform provides a seamless experience with great features and is very intuitive, making it easy to create journeys and understand the logic of pulling in from different data extensions. I love the overall great experience and can't wait to explore more with future updates. The Journey Builder stands out for adding different functionality, including Einstein score engagement, and helps in segmenting paths, building in wait times, and specific criteria. It optimizes reaching customers, ensuring we send the right message at the right time, which definitely aids in conversion and overall customer engagement. The setup was very easy, super intuitive, and it wasn't too complex to import and export whatever we needed.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

Right now, I don't think there's too much that's hindering. Better ability to pull in from different data extensions and from different sources. Now with just customers coming in from websites, from mobile, from live events, just easier way to pull them all in and find out where they came from.

**What problems is Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Agentforce Marketing to manage complex automations and customer journeys, helping ensure everyone gets the right message. It's intuitive, facilitating easy audience segmentation and seamless integration of data extensions, making it a great overall experience.

**What do you like best about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud) stands out as a powerful enterprise platform for me by simplifying complex data and AI interactions. I appreciate its high-level automation capabilities and find the native data integration valuable because it ensures everything is safe in the cloud. The dynamic journey creator is another highlight for me, utilizing fixed if/then/else branching complex logic, which enhances my workflow. Plus, I like that it provides access to real-time sales, marketing data, and services. Knowing the steps to navigation makes the setup very easy, which I find convenient.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

Naming conversion activities with strict naming conventions lead to dependency confusion in custom field names.

Agentforce Marketing simplifies complex data and AI interactions with high-level automation, native data integration, and a dynamic journey creator that uses fixed branching logic, ensuring safe cloud-based access to real-time sales and marketing data.

 ### 7. Rock-Solid Email Marketing - It Just Works

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

Agentforce Marketing is one of those tools that just works. I have been using the platform daily for more than 3 years, and it never lets me down. We use it as our main email marketing and transactional communication platform, and with it streamlined with our use of Salesforce CRM - and makes building and executing email campaigns a breeze.

Building emails in a straightforward HTML builder, and querying our Salesforce CRM for customer/prospect data is made easier through Email Studio, Journey Builder and Automation Studio.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

There are very few things to dislike about Agentforce Marketing. One feature that I would love would be building reports through natural language versus haunting through email studio or journey builder to find specific campaign metrics.

**What problems is Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to build and segment campaigns based on natural language is huge - no more deep diving for convoluted data.

 ### 8. Journey Builder Shines for True Cross-Channel, Real-Time Orchestration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Corinn B. | Marketing , Architecture & Planning, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

Journey Builder remains one of the platform’s biggest strengths:

True cross‑channel orchestration (email, SMS, push, ads, web, etc.)
Event‑ and behavior‑driven triggers
Increasingly real‑time responsiveness

It’s especially strong for organizations that need complex logic, not just linear campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

Steep complexity and learning curve
Even experienced marketers often find:

Multiple studios, tools, and configuration layers
Heavy reliance on technical knowledge (SQL, data modeling, APIs)
A gap between what’s possible and what’s easy

New users or small teams can feel overwhelmed before they see value.

**What problems is Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Balance of automation and human control
Unlike some “black‑box” AI marketing tools, Agentforce allows:

Human review and approval
Configurable guardrails
Clear auditability of decisions

That control is critical in regulated industries or brand‑sensitive organizations.

 ### 9. Centralized, Automated Multi-Channel Marketing with Powerful Salesforce CRM Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oriana G. | Marketing Automation Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

What I find most helpful about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud) is how it centralizes and automates multi-channel marketing at scale. Its integration with Salesforce CRM is a major advantage, since it supports stronger segmentation and personalization and helps keep marketing and sales teams aligned. Tools like Journey Builder and Automation Studio also make it easier to build more complex customer journeys and manage campaigns efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

One of the biggest drawbacks of Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud) is its steep learning curve. A lot of the functionality demands solid technical know-how, especially when you’re dealing with data extensions, SQL, or more complex automations. On top of that, the interface can feel unintuitive at times, and the different tools like Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio, don’t always integrate or work together as smoothly as you’d expect.

**What problems is Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Agentforce Marketing helps solve challenges around fragmented customer data, lack of personalization, and inefficient campaign execution. By centralizing data and enabling advanced segmentation, it allows us to deliver more targeted and relevant communications across multiple channels.

 ### 10. Agentforce Transformed Our Customer Journeys Into Natural, Intent-Driven Conversations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pablo C. | CRM Solution Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

What I like best: "Moving to Agentforce has transformed our customer journeys from rigid flows into more natural, living conversations. I especially like that the system can detect a shift in customer intent—such as when a support ticket is opened—and automatically pause promotional emails or adjust the messaging, without me having to touch a single 'Decision Split' in Journey Builder.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

Not all features from the legacy platform (such as certain SQL-heavy data extensions) translate cleanly to the newer Agentforce/Data Cloud architecture, which can lead to some migration fatigue.

**What problems is Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the frustration of “no-reply” emails. Our campaigns have become true two-way conversations, with AI agents handling customer replies in real time and noticeably improving our engagement rates.

 ### 11. Streamlines Marketing and Sales with Ease

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kayla F. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

I use Agentforce Marketing for CRM data, lead management, sales and marketing alignment, and to accomplish a 360-degree view of our customers. I appreciate the ability to create efficiencies, reduce manual load, and focus on high-impact actions instead. The integration with MCAE helps automate processes that would otherwise require manual intervention and drive quality leads down the funnel toward conversion.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

I'm still new to it, but the idea of having to have a unified system can be challenging. We have a lot of silos in our organization.

**What problems is Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Agentforce Marketing to handle CRM data, lead management, and align sales and marketing to have a 360 view of our customers. It helps address gaps in the sales and marketing handoff, reduces manual load, and lets me focus on impactful actions.

 ### 12. Powerful Customer Data Centralization and Personalized Multi-Channel Automation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diego C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

The platform’s ability to centralize customer data and automate multi-channel campaigns is a major strength. Segmentation tools and journey builder allow for highly personalized communication at scale, which is especially valuable for managing large contact databases across email, SMS, and paid media.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

The platform has a steep learning curve and the interface can feel outdated compared to more modern tools. Pricing is also a barrier for mid-size businesses, and some integrations require significant technical resources to set up properly.

**What problems is Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the challenge of managing fragmented customer data across multiple touchpoints. By centralizing contacts and automating campaign workflows, it reduces manual work and improves response time. For LATAM and US markets, the ability to segment audiences and personalize messaging at scale has directly improved engagement rates and campaign ROI.

 ### 13. Seamless Sales & Service Cloud Integration with Flexible Journey Builder

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Federico B. | Sales Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

The integration with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud makes it easy to run coordinated campaigns without exporting data. Journey Builder is flexible once you learn it, and the native Salesforce data sync saves a lot of manual work.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

The platform has a steep learning curve and the interface can feel dated in some areas. Pricing is high for mid-market companies, and some advanced features require additional licenses or specialist knowledge to configure properly.

**What problems is Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It centralizes customer data and automates multi-channel campaign execution — email, SMS, push — from a single platform. For us, the main benefit is having marketing and sales working off the same data, which reduces duplicated efforts and improves lead handoff. Segmentation and journey automation also cut down on manual campaign management time significantly.

 ### 14. Personal Experience Using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adarsh P. | Business Data Analyst, Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

I like how Agentforce Marketing makes it easier to manage customer journeys in one place and create more personalized and detailed experiences at scale. The integration with data and automation features helps make marketing decisions more efficient and insight driven, which is especially valuable when working with large customer datasets.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

One challenge is that the platform can feel complex at times, especially for new users. Some features have a learning curve and navigating different modules is not always very intuitive. It sometimes takes time to fully understand where everything is and how to use it efficiently.

**What problems is Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Agentforce Marketing helps solve the challenge of bringing customer data, communication, and automation into one place so decisions can be more data driven and timely. In my past work, I often had to work with data from multiple sources, which made it harder to get a clear view of customer behaviour or campaign performance. A platform like this helps streamline segmentation, personalise outreach and track engagement more effectively. This ultimately supports better targeting, improves efficiency, and helps teams make quicker, more informed decisions.

 ### 15. All-in-One Automation with Powerful Personalization

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** STephanie A. | assistant, Hospitality, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

It's very robust. You can manage emails, customer journeys, automation and date all in one place. The level of personalization is a big plus, you can really tailor messaging based on customer trends. the automation saves alot of time and helps keep communication consistent.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

Its not the easiest platform to learn, there is definitely a learning curve and it can feel overwhelming. some parts of the interface aren't very intuitive so you spend time figuring out things or needing to contact support. Pricing is a factor to consider.

**What problems is Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are constantly dealing with new inquiries, quotes, recurring clients and seasonal promos; it is easy to loose track. With Agentforce we managed to fill that gap by automating. It tracks everything, sends follow ups and keeps everything organized in one place instead of juggling between apps, emails, text.

 ### 16. Client Segmentation, Smooth User Journeys

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amber L. | Sr. Sales and Marketing Enablement Technologist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

I like the Journeys feature in Agentforce Marketing because it helps me in building segmented journeys for our clients. The SMS feature is great for reaching the right clients and connecting with them in different ways based on their preferences. I'm also happy with the process of the initial setup, even though it took some time. It was worth it as the tool was installed from the beginning, which was easy to manage. I find that it effectively helps in finding the right clients to speak with.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

I can't think of anything

**What problems is Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Agentforce Marketing to send emails and build segmented journeys, making it easier to find and connect with the right clients based on their preferences.

 ### 17. Powerful multichannel marketing tool, our favorite new “coworker”

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

Salesforce Marketing Cloud has expanded our ability to deliver automated, personalized, multichannel marketing, and with its growing AI capabilities, it’s becoming an essential partner for our organization.

A few pros for us include multipoint journeys. Journey Builder has given us the ability to create complex, multipoint customer journeys that adapt to real-time behavior. This shift from one-off sends to lifecycle-based automation has elevated the sophistication of our marketing programs.

Decision-based triggers are another major benefit. With decision splits, we can trigger different paths based on engagement, data attributes, or customer actions. This level of branching logic allows us to deliver highly personalized messaging at scale. It also helps us reengage people who didn’t register for events, or who may just need another nudge or extra incentive to register.

SMS integration has also strengthened our multichannel integrated marketing communications. Bringing SMS directly into our journeys—alongside email and automation—has improved reach, consistency, and responsiveness across key touchpoints. Prior to implementing Salesforce, one of our divisions used a one-way SMS service, but now we can have two-way conversations that can be tracked in Salesforce under “tasks.” This provides a clear snapshot of all the touchpoints with customers.

Finally, as a small marketing department, we’re especially excited about the AI tools being built into Salesforce. Being able to generate briefs, brainstorm content, and accelerate copy creation makes it feel like we have an extra coworker in our corner. It helps us move faster, stay creative, and keep up with the demands of modern marketing without needing a large team.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

Limited Design Templates

The platform’s email design template library feels limited, especially for teams that rely heavily on drag-and-drop design. Many of the templates need significant modification to align with modern branding standards. It would be ideal to use our brand fonts directly, without having to manually enter code.

On the topic of coding, creating polished, fully branded emails often requires a working knowledge of HTML, CSS, or AMPscript. That raises the technical barrier and can slow down teams that don’t have dedicated developers or advanced technical marketers like ours.

From a testing standpoint, an email inbox preview feature like Litmus would also be a huge improvement. As we know, emails can render differently across email clients, and being able to test and view those variations would provide more confidence that our emails are accessible for all intended recipients.

**What problems is Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously our campaigns took atleast a month to get built out. We had to pull in our IT team, writers, multimedia specialist and manually build journeys. With Agentforce, our marketing team is empowered to build and test in a much quicker, data based method.

 ### 18. Robust CRM Integration, But Clunky Interface

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

I like that Agentforce Marketing is connected to our CRM, Salesforce Sales Cloud, which means I don't have to do a lot of manual data uploads. Having everything in one place is very convenient, and I can build emails directly within Marketing Cloud. I think the HTML builder is decent, and I appreciate that everything is in one place. The connection to Sales Cloud is really beneficial because I don't have to export and reupload data into Marketing Cloud—I can just use a synchronized data extension. Keeping everything in the same ecosystem is nice since if someone opts out of an email in Marketing Cloud, it's automatically reflected in Sales Cloud, eliminating manual work between the systems. It's also nice that there's the ability to integrate directly with other tools, either via the App Store or the AppExchange.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

I think in general, the interface is pretty clunky and hasn't been updated. It definitely feels like it's the last to be updated in the Salesforce ecosystem just how things look how slow the program sometimes can be. I feel like whenever I'm trying to demo the product for someone on a video call, it's always lagging and takes a long time to load. So I think the interface is probably the part that I like the least. A lot of their navigation feels like there are a lot of folders within folders, and it's not always intuitive from a user experience perspective. Also, integrating and setting up a net new marketing cloud instance is very difficult and requires third party consultants and a developer and it's definitely not an easy turn on system. I think that's definitely a pitfall of the program. I definitely always use that as a warning that integrating into your CRM or your other data sources is not very intuitive. It takes a ton of time, a ton of resources, and you definitely need development help or consultancy help in order to stand up and integrate fully.

**What problems is Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Agentforce Marketing to connect with customers through email campaigns and automated journeys. It helps clean and amend data from Sales Cloud, reducing manual data uploads and keeping everything in one place.

 ### 19. Intuitive and Fast, But Setup Can Be Challenging

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John D. | Marketing Director, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

What I enjoy most about using Agentforce Marketing is how easy it is to use and how intuitive the system can be. The agent understands what I'm looking for and helps me get things done faster.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

Some of the things that could be improved are the ease of creating new knowledge articles and helping the agent guide answers for new topics. Also, it could assist in spinning up new agents faster or expanding on the agent capabilities more quickly. Also, the initial setup was somewhat of a large lift to get implemented.

**What problems is Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Agentforce Marketing to contact clients for enrollment. It helps clients enter a scheduled journey to receive necessary services.

 ### 20. Automation and Data Integration That Transformed My Marketing Workflow

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sheik Abdullah J. | Salesforce Developer, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

For me, the standout feature is the platform's automation capabilities. Journey Builder, audience segmentation, and trigger-based campaigns are all highly effective when properly configured. While there is an initial learning curve, once you become familiar with the system, it proves to be reliable and requires minimal ongoing maintenance.

Another major strength is its ability to consolidate data from various sources. Using Marketing Cloud together with Data Cloud has truly transformed my workflow. This combination allows me to derive valuable insights, create more intelligent segments, activate audiences, and deliver personalized communications that feel genuinely relevant and purposeful.

I also value the platform's flexibility in supporting different engagement strategies, whether that's through customized email campaigns, account-based marketing, or orchestrating customer journeys. When everything is set up correctly, campaigns operate seamlessly without the need for constant oversight, providing a sense of confidence and consistency in execution.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

Salesforce Marketing Cloud can feel sometimes complex, especially during initial setup and troubleshooting.
The navigation between studios isn’t very intuitive, and the UI could be simpler.
The dependency on add-on licenses for key features also limits flexibility and slows experimentation.

**What problems is Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesforce Marketing Cloud helps me manage lead capture and run multi-channel campaigns using SMS and push notifications.
It turns customer data into usable segments, making engagement more targeted and relevant.
The biggest benefit for me is automation, campaigns run reliably once configured, saving time and reducing manual effort.

 ### 21. Streamlined Experience, Enhanced Efficiency

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer L. | Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

I like that the tool is a lot easier to use. The user experience has been a lot better than what we experienced with the previous account engagement. It's more streamlined, and it's going to help us with deploying agents and speed up some workflows for efficiency. I really like the integration for segmentation with Data Cloud, as I think that really speeds up the functionality.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

I think the CMS could be improved. The fact that every single item has multiple layers of publishing before sending an email adds to the workflows.

**What problems is Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Agentforce Marketing streamlines user experience, speeding up workflows, enhancing efficiency, and making it easier to deploy agents.

 ### 22. Centralized Marketing Solution with Visual Customer Journeys

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Liana P. | Copywriter, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

I love using Agentforce Marketing because it allows us to run our email campaigns, automate lead nurturing sequences, and build customer journeys from the first touch to conversion. The standout feature for me is the Journey Builder. Being able to map out the full customer journey visually and set up automations around it has saved our team a ton of manual work. I also find it very beneficial that our work is now centralized, which used to be scattered across different tools or done manually. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

The pricing is a bit high for us, as a smaller team.

**What problems is Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Agentforce Marketing centralizes our lead, email, and customer journey tasks, previously scattered across tools, into one platform. The Journey Builder feature saves us manual work by visually mapping and automating customer journeys.

 ### 23. Powerful Automation with Some Room for AI Improvements

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

I like Salesforce Marketing Cloud for its powerful automation and data-driven marketing capabilities. Journey Builder automates customer journeys like welcome emails, reminders, or loyalty updates based on user behavior. SQL audience segmentation allows for precise targeting using customer data. Multi-channel communication ensures consistent messaging across email, SMS, and push notifications, improving engagement and campaign effectiveness. The analytics features help track campaign performance and optimize marketing strategies effectively.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

In Salesforce Marketing Cloud, some areas could be improved. The platform still requires significant manual work for SQL segmentation, campaign setup, and troubleshooting. Implementing stronger AI capabilities for automatic audience segmentation, journey optimization, and error detection would make campaign management faster, smarter, and more efficient. Data integration, SQL-based segmentation, and troubleshooting automations can be challenging and time-consuming. Implementing AI-driven setup guidance and automated segmentation would make the configuration process faster and easier.

**What problems is Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Salesforce Marketing Cloud's Journey Builder to automate emails and campaigns based on customer behavior. SQL audience segmentation and multi-channel communication enable precise targeting and consistent messaging across email, SMS, and push notifications, making campaign management efficient and improving engagement.

 ### 24. Great Salesforce Visibility, but a Disjointed, Hard-to-Organize Email Experience

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

If you’re using Salesforce as your CRM, the integration and visibility into prospect and contact activity is incredibly helpful and actionable for salespeople. Being able to see, directly in Salesforce, which people are unmailable can be a real time-saver.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

It’s not very visual, so it isn’t the best fit for creating powerful, evocative branded communications. It also feels like two systems have been cobbled together—the split between account engagement email and email content is rough and makes the experience feel disjointed. Organization is suboptimal as well: drafts and tests all show up in long lists, and things can get noisy very quickly.

**What problems is Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automatic, immediate visibility has been a huge time-saver, although I’m still figuring out what the other benefits are. It’s been harder than I expected to break through with emails, and we’ve also had some major bot-driven unsubscribes, which has been really frustrating.

 ### 25. Powerful Automation and Seamless CRM Integration for Campaign Success

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tanishka G. | Marketing Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

Salesforce Marketing Cloud is very powerful tool for creating personalized and end-to-end automated journeys for your email campaigns. We are using its journey builder functionality and advanced segmentation capabilities that let us target campaigns at scale.
Most useful thing is its integration with our salesforce CRM which makes it super easy to read the customer data and also makes all stakeholders within the company easily access all reporting.
One use case is setting up automated event invites, follow ups, thank you emails etc. Another use case for us is running end to end survey campaigns where we automate sending reminder to non respondents.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

Because it is too robust, you will always need experts to manage your Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Secondly, initial implementation can be complex as its not straight forward.
Its hard to understand all its capabilities and we need to spend significant time in training.

**What problems is Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Due to its end to end integration with our CRM Salesforce, its very easy to now track customer engagement. We have built a risk analysis tool which tells us if a customer is not repeatedly engaging with our email campaigns, might have now become disinterested in our services. So those at-risk clients can be managed specifically to reduce churn.

 ### 26. Insightful and Efficient, But Requires Technical Know-How

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** JR R. | Senior Campaign Solutions Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

I like the insights, journeys, and automations of Agentforce Marketing. The platform is super intuitive for campaigns, providing valuable readouts to close out the feedback loop. Additionally, I find the easy content building to be quite beneficial as it cuts down the time from creating and analyzing marketing campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

It's a little too technical for some people. If someone isn't familiar with AMP Script or the data connection side, it can create friction.

**What problems is Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Agentforce Marketing for acquisition and retention campaigns. The platform cuts down time from creating and analyzing marketing campaigns, and I like its insights, journeys, automations, and easy content building.

 ### 27. Customizable, Powerful, but Integration Could Improve

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

I particularly enjoy the customization abilities in the email templates, and I think it's very easy to use. I also like that it captures a lot of engagement for each of your email recipients. The ability to personalize is another aspect I find really helpful, as we connect back to our CRM a lot, which has enhanced our personalization efforts. Additionally, the initial setup went fairly smoothly, with Salesforce's support making the transition free of major issues.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

I wish I had a better way to sync up all of the data with our CRM. So that we can get a full engagement picture instead of having to check-in both places.

**What problems is Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Agentforce Marketing for sending emails to field agents. Its customization abilities in email templates and engagement tracking are great, helping us connect back to our CRM for better personalization.

 ### 28. Intuitive UI, Yet Setup and Support Need Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

I like the intuitive UI and the ability to directly access the relevant data with Agentforce Marketing. It allows end users to use the platform with limited tech knowledge, which is really helpful.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

The support should be more proactive and the Sales process could be more transparent. The first line support isn’t usually very helpful. There should be a separate process for developers in the platform so they can reach the support folks who can answer more complex questions from the beginning. It was difficult to set up. We used a consulting firm to help.

**What problems is Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Agentforce Marketing for outbound digital communications at scale. It helps us enable intelligent marketing that drives engagement and revenue. I like its intuitive UI and the ability to directly access relevant data, allowing end users to operate the platform with limited technical skills.

 ### 29. Customizable and User-Friendly, But Lacks Reporting Depth

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelly F. | Manager, Implementation & Production Support, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

I find Agentforce Marketing very easy to use, which is great. Once you understand all the components, it's quite straightforward. I really like being able to customize it for a client. It's helpful being able to customize it to solve business problems, and I appreciate that it's very data-oriented, which I like as well.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

The reporting capability. We do not have the intelligence cloud, so I would prefer better reporting capabilities.

**What problems is Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Agentforce Marketing solves business problems with its customizability and data orientation. It's very easy to use, and once you understand the components, it's pretty much straightforward.

 ### 30. Strong Data Integration, Needs Better Email Compatibility

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

I like the automation options and how I can use API to pull in a lot of our external data sources. The query functionality is a powerful tool for connecting pieces of data together, something that's not really available in the reporting tools within each independent system. I also appreciate the data imports and the Sales Cloud Connect features that Agentforce Marketing offers.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

The building of emails via the content builder tends to have compatibility issues with different platforms like Gmail and old Outlook. It still requires a lot of HTML coding to make them sendable.

**What problems is Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Agentforce Marketing for batch and blast email campaigns. It helps with automation setup, data imports, and connecting with Sales Cloud, allowing API use to pull in external data sources and use query functionality to integrate data.

 ### 31. Powerful Marketing Orchestration with Setup Challenges

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabriel G. | Senior Technical Architect, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

I use Agentforce Marketing to orchestrate journeys and send communications at the right time. I find it particularly valuable to orchestrate with flow and use data from the data cloud. This capability is crucial for my need to have decisions and to query data cloud services effectively.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

Sending to a flow needs improvement because I need to set individual IDs inside other flows. Also, the initial setup was hard because there were a lot of errors.

**What problems is Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Agentforce Marketing to orchestrate journeys and send timely messages. It delivers the right communication at the right time.

 ### 32. Powerful Salesforce Integrations and Reporting, but Setup Has a Steep Learning Curve

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

We mostly leaned on it for CRM management and outbound sequencing, and once it was up and running it pulled its weight. The integrations across the Salesforce ecosystem are a real strength, especially being able to tie campaigns directly back to opportunity data without bolting on a third-party tool. Reporting is also genuinely robust, you can slice engagement, deliverability, and pipeline impact in a lot of ways without having to export to a BI tool. Overall it's an expansive platform that covers a lot of ground for marketing ops teams already living in the Salesforce stack.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

Setup and implementation are genuinely a pain. The platform has so many configuration knobs that getting your first journey or sequence live takes way longer than it should, and the UI doesn't always make it obvious how the pieces connect. You usually need either an admin who knows it inside out or a paid consultant to get past the initial build phase. Once it's running it works, but the ramp is steep enough that smaller teams without dedicated ops support will feel it for a while.

**What problems is Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It serves as the central hub for outbound sequencing, lead nurturing, and lifecycle campaigns. The biggest benefit has been consolidating what used to be three or four point solutions, separate ESP, sequencing tool, and reporting layer, into one platform that ties cleanly back to Sales Cloud. That's cut a lot of the handoff friction between marketing and sales since everyone is looking at the same opportunity and engagement data. It's also let us scale nurture programs and outbound volume without proportionally scaling the ops headcount needed to support it.

 ### 33. Powerful API Integration, Needs JavaScript Update

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matheswaran K. | Solutions Architect, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

I like Agentforce Marketing because of its scripting support, specifically SSJS and AMPscript, along with their APIs. The ability to create custom forms and integrate them is awesome. The initial setup was fairly simple.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

SSJS is ECMA3 and doesn’t support the latest scripting codes. If the Salesforce team can upgrade SSJS to support ES6, and work with the latest JavaScript library, it’d be nice.

**What problems is Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Agentforce Marketing to stay in touch with customers about orders and interactions. The scripting support like SSJS, AMPscript, and APIs for creating custom forms and integrations is awesome.

 ### 34. Efficient Email Campaigns, Steep Learning Curve

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manohar D. | SEO Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

I use Agentforce Marketing to create and automate email campaigns and manage contact lists. It helps me track performance and improve engagement. What I like most about it is its easy automation and personalized features. The automation helps me save a lot of time, and the personalization features let me send the right message to the right audience.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

One thing that could be improved is the learning curve, as it can feel complex for beginners. The initial setup was a bit challenging and took some time to understand especially for a beginner.

**What problems is Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Agentforce Marketing to create and automate email campaigns, manage large contact lists, and track performance. It solves issues like sending personalized emails at scale and saves time with its automation.

 ### 35. Unified Data, Automation, and AI Personalization That Scales

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Devon C. | Marketing Manager, North America, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

What I like best about Agentforce Marketing is its ability to combine customer data, automation, and AI-driven personalization in one platform, allowing teams to deliver more relevant experiences at scale while improving efficiency and measurable business outcomes.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

My biggest frustration is that many of the advanced Agentforce Marketing features require Data Cloud. It can feel like an additional platform investment and implementation project rather than something that works seamlessly with the customer data sources we already have.

**What problems is Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The tool vastly speeds up the process to deliver personalized experiences based on intent signals.

 ### 36. Facilitate Communication and Streamline Our Team

**Reviewed by:** Luz V. | Coordinadora CRM , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

I think the entire section on enabling and configuration should be more detailed or with much clearer information.

**What problems is Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Agentforce Marketing helps me optimize customer communication with journeys and automatic sends. It facilitates the use of information, making our team more agile and allowing us to be more innovative.

 ### 37. Works well, once backend is updated

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason H. | Manager, Customer Service Call Center, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

The AI tools in AgentForce work amazingly well to improve marketing campaigns. They allow you to chat without having to click through every step. Once setup, it works well.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

It takes time to transition from legacy versions to agent force. There is a gap that has to be filled. While it is getter better, you have to take time to implement it, roll out the background tools, etc.

**What problems is Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With limited marketing staff, we are able to improve speed to market with our campaigns and decrease the time for setup and tracking.

 ### 38. Powerful Journey Builder for Seamless Multi-Channel Campaigns

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kym O. | SDR, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

The Journey Builder is especially powerful for orchestrating complex, multi-channel customer journeys across email, SMS, push, and mobile. Its deep integration with the Salesforce ecosystem makes it highly effective for teams that rely on CRM-driven marketing, enabling more relevant, data-informed campaigns and lifecycle communications.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

The platform has a steep learning curve, particularly for non-technical users or smaller teams. Initial setup and implementation can be time-consuming and often require specialized expertise or external support. Additionally, the interface can feel overwhelming due to the breadth of features, and some reporting workflows are not as intuitive as expected for day-to-day use.

**What problems is Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It enables me to automate complex journeys, reduce manual campaign execution, and deliver more timely, relevant messaging. As a result, teams can focus more on strategy and optimization rather than repetitive execution, improving both efficiency and customer engagement.

 ### 39. Exceptional Flexibility with Data Extensions, AMPscript, and SSJS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott R. | Technical Architect, Senior Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

The flexibility is what stands out most. Data Extensions make almost any data model possible, and AMPscript and SSJS make even the most complex use cases achievable.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

Some of the reply email management settings are confusing for customers, and it isn’t always clear what each option does.

**What problems is Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us connect project teams for our implementations. It immediately notifies our customers about their assigned project team and provides a booking link. It also lets us target specific, profitable segments and bring in opportunities for the next phase.

 ### 40. Autonomous AI Agents That Launch Campaigns in Hours, Not Weeks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Israel G. | Co-Founder, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

The autonomous AI agents are a game-changer — campaigns launch in hours, not weeks, with real-time optimization and personalized two-way customer conversations across every channel.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

The learning curve is steep. Migrating from legacy Marketing Cloud products (ExactTarget, Pardot) to the new platform takes significant time and resources, and the Data 360 credits add unexpected costs that can strain smaller teams’ budgets.

**What problems is Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AI agents eliminated manual campaign work — we launch faster, personalize at scale, and unified data keeps marketing, sales, and service aligned for better customer engagement

 ### 41. A Science-Driven Marketing Tool That Boosts Customer Engagement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

I like the concept of a marketing tool to maximize customer engagement.
If you save data well, you can verify whether your hypothesis is correct and what is unexpected, so it's good to be able to brush up more and more.
Because I believe that marketing can be solved with a system in the field of science.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

It may be a little difficult to get to because the UI and orientation are a little different from other products of salesforce.
If you start using it without a marketing concept, it tends to become an email sending tool that is too expensive.

**What problems is Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I understand that data360 is more high-performance, but it is difficult for a large-scale company to get involved in terms of cost.

 ### 42. Automation-Driven with Data Challenges

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michelle O. | Senior Marketing Automation Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

I like using Automation Studio to join data across disparate data sources and pull them into segmented data extensions for sends. I also appreciate Ampscript for allowing me to pull in custom details to an email that goes out monthly to our sales reps, detailing all of their open leads.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

I find the analytics and searching for data extensions across folders in Agentforce Marketing to be challenging.

**What problems is Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Agentforce Marketing to send the right emails at the right time, educating and onboarding new customers.

 ### 43. Powerful Email Personalization, But Integration Hurdles

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melanie K. | Intern, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

I like the power behind Agentforce Marketing. There’s so much that we can do to personalize emails, which I find really valuable. I also like using AMPScript to make dynamic blocks personalized to that specific subscriber.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

I wish there was a direct hookup between Personalization Studio and Journey Builder. We aren’t hooked up to the CRM, so it’s a challenge to send directly to a segment that clicked on a specific webpage, for example.

**What problems is Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Agentforce Marketing helps us connect with our clients via email.

 ### 44. Seamless MarketingCloud–SalesCloud Integration, But a Steep Learning Curve

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brendan H. | Manager, Digital Marketing and Marketing Technology, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

I like the seamless integration between MarketingCloud and SalesCloud. The ability to have one source of truth for all data is invaluable.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

The platform has a steep learning curve and for those that do not fully understand the whole platform as a whole, the ability to get up to speed can be long.

**What problems is Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving our ability to stay on top of top of funnel leads. This is a benefit as pur sellers may not always be prepared to make an initial touch.

 ### 45. Clear Vision: AI Agents That Take Action

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sara A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

A clear vision: The marketing focuses on AI agents that can take actions, not just generate text.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

The capabilities can feel abstract. Marketing materials sometimes describe what AI agents can do at a high level without making it obvious how difficult implementation may be in a specific organization.

**What problems is Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer data fragmentation – Customer information is often spread across multiple systems, making it difficult to understand the full customer journey.
Manual campaign management – Marketing teams spend significant time creating, scheduling, and optimizing campaigns.

 ### 46. Cryptic Errors, No Documentation - Even the Simplest Tasks Become Near Impossible

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

The feeling of accomplishment when I've finally figured out one of the cryptic error messages

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

I can work with clunky, complicated products. I can even tolerate historically grown structures that make no sense. But to try and navigate this with no useful documentation or training resources is next level bad. The Taskforce AI support doesn't make things better, either. Human support is available - bless them - but after a few cases I get the feeling they're just as clueless - to the point where just figuring out what product we're using took a day (It's Marketing Cloud Adcanced, by the way).

In short: this product is bad. Your work is going to suffer, your results will get worse.

**What problems is Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In theory, I want to build our digital marketing journey around this solution, integrate the website (socials only to a lesser extent) and be able to create smart, flexible paths to nurture and convert, relying on analytics to evaluate and optimize. I'm not at that point yet.

 ### 47. Powerful Personalization and Automation, Though a Learning Curve for Beginners

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Avyay B. | Programmer Analyst Trainee, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

What I appreciate most about Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement is its capacity to help businesses craft personalized, data-driven customer journeys. The platform’s integration of various channels—such as email, SMS, and social media—into a single, unified system makes communication both seamless and efficient. I’m also impressed by the way it leverages automation and AI to ensure the right message reaches customers at the optimal moment, ultimately supporting brands in building stronger relationships with their audience.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

While Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement offers a robust set of features, it can initially seem overwhelming to newcomers because of its extensive capabilities and tools. Configuring automation and managing integrations often demands a higher level of technical knowledge. Despite these challenges, I view this as a valuable chance to expand my skills, since becoming proficient with such a comprehensive platform is ultimately very rewarding.

**What problems is Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement addresses the difficulty of managing and personalizing customer interactions across various channels. By integrating data, automation, and analytics, it enables the creation of targeted and impactful campaigns. For me, this means I can gain a deeper understanding of customer behavior, develop more effective communication strategies, and foster lasting customer relationships through insights driven by data.

 ### 48. Effective for Targeted Campaigns, Steep Learning Curve

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

I like that there are so many templates you can use to accelerate your ability to build and execute specific experiences. The ability to create a campaign from start to finish allows for speed to production and speed to market.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

I think any Salesforce product requires a more intense level of expertise to fully understand the product and how to use it. Salesforce products can be more complex in usage and require specific knowledge and expertise to really be able to leverage the product to its fullest.

**What problems is Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Agentforce Marketing to create personalized customer experiences across channels. It solves communication challenges by allowing me to target unique customer segments with content that resonates and boosts conversion.

 ### 49. Easy for Teams to Adopt, but Advanced Features Depend on Data 360

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephanie W. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

I like that it’s functional and usable by anyone regardless of how they work. It’s easy for each team member to use with just a little training.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

I hate that the best functions are not as usable without Data 360. There might be ways to better optimize segments and flows without data 360 foot. It’s not inherently easy to figure out.

**What problems is Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it for E-mail, marketing and SMS marketing and we’re attempting to solve journeys and segmentation

 ### 50. Marketing Cloud Simplifies Daily Campaigns and Client Communication

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bruno S. | Web Designer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

Marketing Cloud makes it really simple to deliver daily campaigns, and it’s the main platform our bank uses to communicate with clients.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?**

The architecture feels a bit outdated, and a few user-experience limitations hold it back. Addressing these issues could easily make this platform a 5-star option compared with some others on the market.

**What problems is Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Some parts of the platform, such as Query Studio, Content Builder, and Data Designer, could use an update to feel more current and polished.
