Concerning the dislike/con you mentioned: I suppose you mean that Salesflare only shows email in timelines with accounts/companies you created? This is by design. We don't offer a full inbox in Salesflare as Salesflare integrates into your Gmail or Outlook inbox already, even though you can fully handle your emails with customers within Salesflare.
