When I create an account for each location, I'm unable to assign the same contact information for the GM to both accounts. Since Salesflare recognizes the email address as already existing in the system, it ends up removing the contact from one account, causing a gap in my records. Love the simplicity and easy of use. Yet still has most of everything you need and expect. Integration with LinkedIn and Gmail is good. Automated data enrichment is good. What do you dislike about Salesflare? - Not possible to support email aliases like sales@, etc without additional per seat costs. - when an employee leaves - handovers more complex than need to be. - Filters could do with a better UX - a bit clunky to use. - Lacks a dedicated contact history (vs Account history) - this is by design and it's OK but I'd prefer the option of an additional view of a specific contact's correspondence.
