What do you like best about Salesflare?

KERI's Immediate Responses, other than time zone differences. And the online video tutorials. I have examined Several CRMs. Signed up for Hubspot. Seemed good, but many limitations, and much less automation. Actually purchased subscription for Salesforce. Seemed so cool, but difficult integration with my Outlook for Mac Office 365, and very Large learning curve. Labor intense data entry, compared to Salesflare (SF) . What do you dislike about Salesflare?

As if right now i have none. I hope that it continues that way, but owning multiple companies over the last 30 years (Started at 27 lol), I understand that problems happen no matter what. The test is what companies do when they do arise. If SF handles future problems the way they handle their assisting me with MY problems setting up SF, then I will be a life time subscriber. What problems is Salesflare solving and how is that benefiting you?

Structure customer and lead communication. Reduction in time for data entry. I am a ONE MAN SHOW. My company is 16 years old, and is trending to do well over $1M in sales this year. For one person handling EVERYTHING from MKT to Shipping (HEAVY LOADS), I don't have TIME on my side. SF's system to auto enter lead info will help so much. I have TONS of leads that I just Don't Enter them because i Don't have time. NOW I DO ... seeing that they will be soooooo much faster and easier to get into the system. What do you dislike about Salesflare?

The challenge I’ve encountered is when a General Manager has dual responsibilities across two locations. When I create an account for each location, I'm unable to assign the same contact information for the GM to both accounts. Since Salesflare recognizes the email address as already existing in the system, it ends up removing the contact from one account, causing a gap in my records. What do you like best about Salesflare?

Love the simplicity and easy of use. Yet still has most of everything you need and expect. Integration with LinkedIn and Gmail is good. Automated data enrichment is good. It's nicely focussed on account management - great for B2B sales. Email and we tracking is good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesflare?

- Not possible to support email aliases like sales@, etc without additional per seat costs.

- when an employee leaves - handovers more complex than need to be.

- Filters could do with a better UX - a bit clunky to use.

Salesflare is a rich environment that my AI team has adopted. It's rich in that it can do everything we need, but not so fussy that you can't figure out what's going on without to turning to a random search "help" videos. What do you like best about Salesflare?

It's very easy to get started. As your business changes along the way, it's so customizable that you're never really locked into a certain way of tracking your own communications as well as your team Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesflare?

I haven't really experienced many. The one gripe I would have is the way the email workflows are organized. We do a lot of targeted campaigns and the more you do, the more they start to stack up as a list of workflows without a good way to compartmentalize them by strategy. Ease of use from a mobile phone or tablet. It is very comfortable. It outperforms large email tools.ut it's a game changer.Other tools are more expensive. Generally speaking, I like it. I don't use zapier, I use Pabbly. In that sense I miss an integration. I would also like to put tags or categories to the contacts. The accounts option is great. On integrating with Pabbly, we do already, so check that out!

And on tagging or categorizing contacts, that's possible too. I'd advise using custom fields over tags for most use cases. It's more organized.
